The flat can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of a beautiful living room with a lounge and dining area, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with its own loggia, and a bathroom. Direct access to a furnished loggia with a view of the marina.
Free public parking in front of the residence. Bed linen and towels at an additional cost.

Located on the 1st floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:

- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 6 guests.
- A modern kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker...
- A loggia of 6 m² accessible from the living room fitted out with a table and chairs to enjoy a meal with a view of the marina!

- Bedroom 1: a double bed 160 x 190 cm. Loggia with two armchairs, view of the bocage and the dunes.
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above (sleeps 3). Ideal for children.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, storage space, clothesline and hairdryer.
- Separate WC.
- Cot and high chair available on site
