Ornella's house

We booked Ornella’s house to use it as a home base while we explored the D-Day landing beaches and Mont St. Michel. We stayed for 3 nights in March 2023. The main floor is one large and comfortably furnished room with the kitchen, living and dining rooms. There is plenty of natural light that brightens the room during the day. Street noise was minimal. There is a 2-piece washroom off the kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked perfectly. The washing machine and drying rack were very handy. Note, you must supply your own laundry detergent & dishwasher tabs. Dish soap & house cleaning chemicals were supplied. There is an extra fee for linens for beds/bath/kitchen. The two bedrooms with queen-sized beds are located on the second floor as well as a full bathroom with shower. The attic is equipped with toddler sized beds. The property was clean and everything worked. The apartment is located within walking distance of the downtown of Courseulles-sur-Mer so it is quite convenient for picking up groceries. There is ample free parking on the street to the side of the apartment. The apartment is equipped to handle babies and toddlers, if needed. There was a high chair, portable baby bath tub and small toddler beds on the third floor. A play pen could easily fit in either bed room. Note, there is no yard at this apartment but a small paved terrace for sitting. This is a clean, well maintained rental and I would recommend it.
