About this house rental
Magnificent family townhouse totally redone.
On the first floor living room, with large flat screen, Wifi, fully equipped built-in kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, and WC.
On the first floor, two bedrooms with double bed, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, WC.
1ST bedroom with 140 cm bed
2ND bedroom with 140 cm bed
3RD children's bedroom two 80 beds, plus a cot.
Bed linen and towels (option 30 euros)
Pets not allowed
Non-smoking rental
Please note that on the top floor, we specify that these are children's beds for teenagers under 15 years old
The owner is tired of constantly repairing the slats and the bed base.
If at the entrance the tenants are made up of adults, they will be systematically refused the rental without any refund given that they do not respect the rental conditions.

We booked Ornella’s house to use it as a home base while we explored the D-Day landing beaches and Mont St. Michel. We stayed for 3 nights in March 2023.
The main floor is one large and comfortably furnished room with the kitchen, living and dining rooms. There is plenty of natural light that brightens the room during the day. Street noise was minimal. There is a 2-piece washroom off the kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked perfectly. The washing machine and drying rack were very handy. Note, you must supply your own laundry detergent & dishwasher tabs. Dish soap & house cleaning chemicals were supplied. There is an extra fee for linens for beds/bath/kitchen.
The two bedrooms with queen-sized beds are located on the second floor as well as a full bathroom with shower. The attic is equipped with toddler sized beds. The property was clean and everything worked. The apartment is located within walking distance of the downtown of Courseulles-sur-Mer so it is quite convenient for picking up groceries. There is ample free parking on the street to the side of the apartment.
The apartment is equipped to handle babies and toddlers, if needed. There was a high chair, portable baby bath tub and small toddler beds on the third floor. A play pen could easily fit in either bed room. Note, there is no yard at this apartment but a small paved terrace for sitting.
This is a clean, well maintained rental and I would recommend it.
