The flat sleeps up to 6 people and comprises a beautiful living room with a lounge and dining area, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which has its own loggia, and a shower room. Direct access to a furnished loggia overlooking the marina.
Free public parking in front of the residence. Bed linen and towels extra.

Located on the 1st floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area :
- A beautiful, bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 6 guests.
- A modern kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, etc.
- A 6 m² loggia accessible from the living room, furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a meal overlooking the marina!
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 190 cm. Loggia with two armchairs, view of the bocage and the dunes.
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above (sleeps 3). Ideal for children.
- Shower room with shower, washbasin, storage space, drying rack and hairdryer.
- Separate WC.
- Cot and high chair available on site.
