About this house rental
We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming house with floor, at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 65 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 22 m², an open equipped kitchenette, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a common garden of about 100 m² and a private terrace. We are waiting for you!
The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 22 m² with TV, sofas and dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with pod...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower and WC (PRM access).
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (2 single beds).
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC.
Outside:
- A private terrace of 9 m² with furniture (parasol, table, chairs) to enjoy the nice days.
- A shared garden.
The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, within a residence. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
