Cocoonr offers this 60 m² flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels extra, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, double sofa bed (160x200), dining area and access to the balcony.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, hob...
- Bedroom 1 (11.5 m²): queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe
- Bedroom 2 (9 m²): two single beds, wardrobe
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 1.24 m × 2.78 m balcony with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Juno Beach Centre & D-Day beaches
- Promenade du port
- Dunes and marshes of Courseulles
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage and private outdoor car park.
