The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 48 m² flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.
Outside:
- A 5 m² balcony with a table and two chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Jumbo Beach 5 minutes' walk away
- Sailing school 5 minutes away
- Visits to the D-Day landing beaches and the Caen memorial.
