The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 48 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan.
Outdoors:
- A 5 m² balcony with a table and two chairs to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
