Hidden among the lush branches of Mediterranean green, this newly renovated coastal home will ease your soul. Located inside Forest Park Marjan, halfway between the old Palace and beautiful beaches, it is perfect for exploring the cultural legacy, enjoying the city vibe, and basking in the surrounding nature. The nearest beach and restaurant are only 800 meters away, with two more beaches within 2 km distance, and a pizza place and a grocery store just 200 meters down the street.
The space
The master bedroom features two solid beds, and a sofa in the spacious living room stretches to fit two more adults or children, which makes our home a perfect fit for a group of four. The fully equipped kitchen features a country-style cooking and dining area leading to a cosy, west-oriented balcony in the canopy of a laurel tree, while the main terrace facing south reveals a true hidden jewel of this apartment hidden in the canopy of a linden tree. In that pleasurable corner, an outdoor living room awaits you to leave all worries behind, whether as you are having your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. A window in the shower lets the forest into the bathroom, making your everyday rituals something to look forward to.

Free public parking is available on the sight, both behind, and in front of the house (on the same side of the street, beneath the trees). Note that parking is not allowed on the opposite side of the street in front of the house.
