We liked the place & the convenience to old town Split & the nature preserve.

Liked the view from the outside walkway. The place was quiet, considering it was in a busy area. We liked good communication from the owner. It was conveniently located.

Parking was a real challenge to find on the street. We got lucky after awhile when someone left & we got a space to park. It's a street full of apartments, & people park everywhere they can find a spot. So, your lucky is you get a space.

Great stay, hosts are easy to talk to, everything was fine.

Had all of the amenities needed for even longer stays, it is a fully functioning 1-bedroom, 1-living room flat. Clean, tidy and comfy.

Lack of parking in front of the building, but this location just cannot have better parking, like any other apartment located in residential buildings in Split.

location is pretty good

the bathroom is so smal you can bearly move. There is no terrace with view from the apartment, so drinking coffer on the terrace is not an option. We dont think that general cleaning was done before we came.

The apartment is well located, about 10 minutes from the city center and it offers in the area a free parking. The bed is comfortable and the second bed we had was a sofa-bed. In any case the house was comfortable.

Only the Toilette / Bathroom is a bit small.

Nice stay, enjoyed the city, the sea and the Marjan hill. Nice small town where you relax.

Amazing view from the balcony at the sea and also at the hill of Marjan.
