The owner was super nice, responsive and gave a lot of recommendations about restaurants, travel around, activities, etc. The flat looks exactly like on the pictures, so there won't be a surprise when you arrive. The balcony is huge and you can just chill there with an amazing view. The area is quiet and only 15 mins walk to the city center, 20 mins to the port on the other side of Bellagio. There was a possibility to park with 2 cars in front of the house within locked property.

A/C is only in the living room and in the main bedroom. Those are old machines and the one in the living room is not enough for the whole area to cool it down, so in the kitchen-dining room you cannot really feel a lot about the cooling. In the small bedroom there is only a ceiling fan, which is not enough for cooling, so overall it was warm in the flat (all shadings were used, doors, windows closed). Both beds were uncomfortable and noisy, so sleeping was not relaxing.

The view, the cleanliness and the overall accommodations were fantastic! The property manager also provided us with excellent guidance whenever a question arose and she was easily reachable.

An additional air-conditioning unit in the 2nd bedroom would have been great and maybe some menus to go along in the guest book along with the restaurant suggestions.

La maison est vraiment bien située et dispose d’une belle vue sur le lac. On peut facilement se garer c’est top !

Le lit qui grince … insupportable. Manque quelques équipements comme un grille pain, un plateau, saladier et plat pour le four. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas. Le ménage était fait rapidement, des mégots devant l entrée et une vaisselle collante. Pas de déco, ni de petit mot de bienvenue, le stricte minimum pour cette location.
