The property was amazing. We were a family of 8 and it easily accommodated all of us. There is a bus stop within 100 paces of the gate that really helps get to and from town.
Our host said Uber would be very easy, but we soon realized that was not the case. Fortunately, there was a bus stop near by that helped us get to town. If you don't have a car, it will be difficult to arrange car service.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Grounds of the property are extensive and beautiful. Comfy beds in large bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and bathrobes.
The corkscrew was useless. Such a small thing, but details like that matter.
Booking.com website misrepresents the villas actual location, implying it is inside Bellagio when it isn’t

Beautiful property, comfortable beds, lots of space and amenities!
we did not know there would be a caretaker (?) staying on property, though it was not an issue and they kept to themselves. Not a problem other than not being made aware of this ahead of time.
