Family-friendly hostel featuring a spacious private room, comfortable beds, and great amenities!

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel! The private room was perfect for our family of four, featuring a spacious layout with a large double bed and a cozy bunk bed for the kids. Having our own bathroom was a huge plus, ensuring privacy and convenience. The addition of a fridge allowed us to store snacks and drinks, making our stay even more comfortable. The atmosphere was friendly, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Overall, a great place that exceeded our expectations for a family-friendly accommodation! Highly recommended!

Great location for a solo traveler, whether you’re into hiking or simply there for a stop over gap! Cute, friendly, and clean.€2 bus ride from the doorstep to the beach’s and local grocery shops to keep you stocked up.

Fantastic experience, Pula is extremely beautiful and the Croatian people very friendly

The best thing about the Hostel Art and Joy are the owners Sania and her daughter Marie, they are extremely friendly and accommodating. The shared garden/seating area is very lovely, bright and colourful. Overall the amenities are basic but fair for the room charge. All the guest were nice and respectful and I think that is also a tribute to the owners.

The rooms were a little tired and could do with some modernising, it's a shame that the art theme is only in the communal garden and not throughout the rooms and hostel. There is only one shower for 10 people, which made getting ready in the morning a bit of an effort. The shower door lock was also broken.

Amazing

Was equipped with a full and functional kitchen, staff was amazing ( shout out to the lady cleaning all the rooms and bathrooms spotless). Free produced grown there for all to take. The girls room was super comfortable with AC

A pleasant stay.

The staff Marie and Sanja are friendly and informative. There is a good kitchen and terrace area with appealing decor, which are particularly welcoming for those travellers wanting to mix and exchange stories. I booked a single room for 2 nights and a triple room for one night (the single was only available for 2 nights) for solo use and the rates were reasonable. The single room is quite small and without a private WC and shower, both rooms were fine.

Some hallion left a huge turd unflushed in the smaller bathroom. Probably admired it. Unfortunately there will always be some filthy animals checking into hostels.

Everything you need from a hostel - Nice room and outside areas!

Nice little room with good, working Air-con. The kitchen and outside area seemed really nice, but didn't use them myself. Shower room was fine for what was needed - clean toilet and working shower.

They did start vacuuming the area at 8.30am on a Saturday. It's a bit of a walk from the old town - about 20 minutes, though the area seemed super safe. Uber probably wouldn't cost much either if you've got heavier bags.

Wonderful stay !

Everything was even better than I had expected. The host, Ms Shana, was very helpful and friendly. It was a joy to stay at Hostel Art & Joy. The room was super. It had a very good bed, a large room with a table and chairs, and a private terrace. There was a lovely garden. It was an easy walk to the City Center, and a supermarket and Pizza restaurant were very close by.

Great choice

This hostel is in a very good location as it's only 20 minutes walk from the very heart of Pula. The rooms and bathrooms are always clean and the staff is truly lovely and very helpful and friendly. There are lots of paintings on the walls and so many mosaics and artsy and creative tile work all around. The beds were very comfy.

Insanely beautiful hostel - home from home!

The hostel is absolutely beautiful, I felt so relaxed and at peace here - you could really treat it like your own home. The reception lady is amazing she made my stay really pleasant and the cleaner worked so hard to make sure everything was clean. The beds were really comfy too. I was even allowed to paint a door there, leaving a bit of myself in Pula 💜

The area it’s in isn’t the nicest but once you step through the gates you dont have to worry about it. It’s only a 15 minute walk to town but I’m glad I hired a car and was able to explore further. The WiFi wasn’t the best, it would disconnect occasionally. Other than that, everything was amazing.

Nous avions réservé une chambre privée, et nous avons découvert à notre arrivée que celle ci n’avait pas de fenêtres donnant sur l’extérieur, je trouve que cela aurait dû être notifié dans la description (je ne conseille pas aux claustrophobes). Mais le pire pour moi c’est qu’il y a dans la chambre une machine à oxygène qu’il faut brancher, j’ai trouvé ça super anxiogène ! Heureusement nous ne sommes resté qu’une nuit.

Erholung pur nach " harten" Feiertagen in Zagreb. Selbstversorgung war mit " Hilfe" der Küchenausstattung und Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Nähe unproblematisch. Durch Code am Eingang sicher für jedermann und jederfrau.

Könnte nicht besser sein

Das Hostel ist unglaublich liebevoll gestaltet. Es ist eine Wohlfühloase mitten in Pula. Die Besitzerin und ihre Tochter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch der Rest der Gemeinschaftsräume lädt zum entspannen ein. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt dort.

Die Terrasse und das sichere Einzelzimmer extra nur für Frauen mit eigenem Bad

Kaum Privatsphäre in den Doppelbetten. Vorschlag wären Gardinen oder sonstiges zum zuziehen

Πουλα,μια ταξιδιωτική έκπληξη!!

Πραγματικά το χοστελ ήταν εμπειρία!Λίγο ακριβώς έξω από το ιστορικό κέντρο της Πουλά,αλλά με βολικές στάσεις λεοφωρειων για να πας στην παραλία ακριβώς έξω!Ήταν όλα πολύ περιποιημένα και καθαρά,ωραία χρώματα στα πλακάκια που το κάνανε πολύ ξεχωριστό,η κοπέλα στη ρεσεψιόν πολύ φιλική,τώρα μπαίνοντας βλέποντας την κουζίνα αισθάνεσαι σαν το σπίτι σου,έχει τα πάντα από σκευη και μπορείς να μαγειρέψεις,να ζεστάνεις,να αποθηκεύσεις στο ψυγείο,Τα ντους ήταν πολύ άνετα,μεγάλοι νιπτήρες,ζεστό νερό.Τα δωμάτια με πολύ καλής ποιότητας στρώματα κλιματισμός,γενικά όλος ο χώρος μύριζε καθαριότητα και με ωραίους ήσυχους ταξιδιώτες και πολύ διακριτικους,υπάρχει ένα πολύ ωραίο vibe στο χώρο χαλάρωσης!!!Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για μια τέλεια διαμονή στην πουλά!!!

Ότι για να πας στο κέντρο ήθελε 10-15 λεπτά αλλά μόνο αυτό.

Camera grande e con un minimo di privacy (non comune negli ostelli) , bagni nuovi e puliti, letto davvero comodo, struttura molto accogliente e con ampi spazi comuni che invitano all'aggregazione. Prezzo imbattibile!

La zona è un po' periferica e l'affaccio sulla strada è un po' rumoroso
