Brilliant - great value for money !

The apartment was beautiful - so clean when we arrived and our lovely host gave us a full introduction to the apartment and the area of pula giving us a great insight into the best beaches. The location of the apartment was great - only a half an hour walk to Verudella (where you will find the most amazing beaches), you can also get the bus as well which is cheap and regular and there are many bus stops located near the apartment which was also useful when getting into the centre of pula. Our lovely host also treated us to fresh fruit that he had grown in his garden (the best raspberries I had ever tasted). The apartment had a lovely balcony with table and chairs which was wonderful. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing and clean Apartament!

It was the cleanest accommodation I've ever booked, we stayed in an apartment with a terrace, and there was everything we needed for cooking (frying pan, pots), kettle, towels, and a hairdryer. I'm surprised by the negative reviews, as we felt comfortable and everyone respected our privacy. My husband and I had a quiet, amazing and respectful experience.

Felt like I'm being an intruder, not like a paying guest

The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed.

I truly wish I could give a higher rating, as the apartment itself was absolutely lovely. It was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. However, our experience with the host sadly overshadowed our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt more like intruders than welcomed guests. The host's demeanor was extremely cold and uninviting, which made me quite uncomfortable. The check-in process was unexpectedly long (around 30 minutes) as I was walked through basic functionalities such as turning on the stove and opening windows. Despite politely explaining that I am already familiar with these things, I wasn't really listened to. When I realised the host won't leave our apartment any time soon, I just went along with him instructing me, so as not to upset him. The house rules felt unusually strict for paying guests, more like staying for free at an uncle's place than staying at a rental. We were told not to turn on the AC unless the temperature outside is extremely hot. We were also told not to sit on the balcony at night, even for a quiet cigarette, as the sound of a plastic chair might disturb the host, who sleeps with the window open. Meanwhile, we saw people in different houses chatting softly on their own balconies, which only added to our feeling of being out of place. I went out of my way to be respectful and considerate, especially at check-out, where I made sure to leave everything spotless. Despite this, we received an unnecessarily cheeky remark from the host as we were leaving, which left us genuinely hurt. Overall, although the apartment itself was great, the lack of warmth and hospitality made us feel very uncomfortable throughout the stay which made me feel sad, because we were paying guests.

Great place for stay in Pula

We were allowed to check-in slightly early. (2 hours) We had a really nice introduction to the apartment from the owner's husband about where everything was and how it worked. We came mostly for beaches, all were super walkable from the apartment, or there is a bus one street away which goes to the beaches or town centre. I think they work on feedback because issues previous reviews had (no hairdryer) are resolved. There are also several supermarkets and bars nearby. We stayed on the top apartment so we had a nice terrace to eat snacks and have some drinks after a day at the beach. Also the apartment is incredibly clean and well stocked. Shower is probably the best I've ever used in my life.

No wifi in the apartment, but reachable from balcony outside.

Czystość, estetyka i spokój. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami obiektu. Po tygodniu pobytu otrzymaliśmy pościel i ręczniki do wymiany. Wyposażenie kuchni - wystarczające. Możliwość parkowania samochodu na terenie obiektu.

A tisztaság az 10/10 volt, eddig ilyen tiszta apartmanba mèg nem jártunk.

Az úr aki átadta nekünk a szobát nagyon körülményes volt, 1 óráig tartott, már nagyon fáradtak voltunk szerettünk volna végre pihenni, de csak mondta és mondta és mondta. Azt is elmutogatta hogyan kell egy ablakot kinyitni , becsukni , a wc-be kapcsoljuk le a villanyt ha kijövünk, a szemetet a kukába dobjuk és cseréljünk zsákot ha megtelt, az ablakokat csukjuk be ha elmegyünk stb. Szóval a bejelentkezés nagyon sokáig tartott.

Nie polecam. Było czysto i zgodnie z opisem ale... Właściciel apartamentu był nieprzyjemny. Od samego początku czuliśmy się raczej jak intruzi niż mile widziani goście. Powitanie było chłodne, a właściciel sprawiał wrażenie osoby oceniającej i nieufnej. Zaraz po wejściu zostaliśmy poddani długiemu, około 30-minutowemu instruktażowi dotyczącemu zasad korzystania z apartamentu – od otwierania okien, przez używanie kuchenki, szanowania pościeli, aż po szczegółowe zasady oszczędzania prądu i klimatyzacji. Zaskoczenie budziły rygorystyczne wymagania dotyczące segregacji śmieci, włącznie z obowiązkiem ich mycia przed wyrzuceniem. Minusem był brak sprzętu plażowego. W trakcie pobytu właściciel wrócił, by oddać nasze dokumenty, i wtedy – podniesionym głosem – zbeształ nas za pozostawione otwarte drzwi do łazienki przy włączonej klimatyzacji, twierdząc, że „zimno ucieka”. Atmosfera była na tyle stresująca, że trudno było w pełni się zrelaksować.

Zakazy, zakazy, zakazy...

Apartament super. Bardzo czysto, co warto podkreślić. Bardzo dużo miejsca. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Lokalizacja też super, dookoła 3 sklepy dobrze zaopatrzone. Przystanek, 5 minut do plaży i 10 do centrum. Super lokalizacja.

Po pierwsze, szkoda, że dostępne ręczniki mają tylko mały rozmiar. Pewnie dlatego, żeby nie brać go na plażę. Jeżeli chcecie wytrzeć ciało, to zachęcam do wzięcia swojego. I po drugie - właściciel... Starszy Pan, który przez 70 minut tłumaczył nam co można, a czego nie można w pokoju. Nie możecie np. stawiać szklanki na stoliku, bo może się zniszczyć blat. Ale na ceracie w kuchni też nic nie możecie stawiać, bo się jeszcze zniszczy. Nie możecie wieczorem wychodzić na taras, bo właściciel chce spać i nie lubi hałasów. Klimatyzację możecie ustawić na 23-24 stopnie, nie więcej i nie mniej. I używać tylko jeżeli jesteście w apartamencie. Musicie myć np. opakowania po jogurtach, bo śmieci trzymacie w kuchni. Dostaniecie też lekcję jak używać gąbki do naczyń. I tak dalej i tak dalej. Właściciel robił wrażenie, jakbym tam mieszkała za darmo, a przecież za to zapłaciłam i to nie mało. Cały czas powtarza, że są z żoną na emeryturze, więc nie mają pieniędzy. Jeżeli planujecie się zameldować wcześniej niż 16, to może być ciężko się dogadać. I uwaga, proszę uważać na tematy podczas rozmów z nim, bo może was zagadać na długie godziny. To były członek partii komunistycznej, konstruktor statków. Tych tematów lepiej unikać.
