Cute, clean & convenient to downtown area.

Clean, convenient to market, downtown & port. Lots of shops & restaurants a short walk away. Spacious bathroom with hairdryer. Convenient shared kitchenette stocked with condiments (refrigerators in rooms, not shared). Cute balcony.

The vestibule was unlit, making it very hard to see to go up the many stairs to the first floor at night. The only light switch I could find was at the TOP of the stairs. Kitchen knives were dull.

Everything you need.

Location was excellent with close access to the market and many cafes and restaurants. Room had everything we needed. Efficient use of space. Modern bathroom with large shower. Kitchen facility available but we did not take advantage of it. Since we had the front door code, we were able to leave our suitcases in the foyer until we could get keys to our room.

Only negative was the shower head hung loose so had to hand hold it to wash hair and rinse.

It is an amazing appartement to stay a couple of days but not for a week or more.

It is in the middle of the center of Pula. The room is nice and you have a shared kitchen with the other rooms in the apartment. But still it feels like you have your own privacy.

The balcony of our room was not so good because it was a bit old and the view is not super nice but nevertheless, it was handy to dry the towels there.

The La Preziosa Apt.4 exceeded my expectations. It's nicely furnished with a balcony and modern comfortable bathroom. The location is hard to beat and easily accessable in the heart of the City center. I liked the check-in process and the ease with which the host can be contacted. Great value for the money spent!

I’d like to express my appreciation to Kristina the boss:) I came to Pula to get my J&J jab. I’ve researched the info before in FB Croatia expats group, but it wasn’t enough for the smooth process. Kristina provided me with all needed info beforehand: vaccination schedule in Istria, traveling options by bus/taxi.. / and schedules/ she’s ordered taxi companies for me and so on. I had plan A Rovinj and plan B &C . finally plan A worked the best. I’ve got my jab in Rovinj -it was very tight time slot from 17:00-18:00- I made it there successfully. The rooms are well decorated, comfortable -beautiful to have your vacation there. I’ve bern living abroad for 16 years and these were the most efficient and beautiful 2 days of my experience:) Rovinj is magnificent place!

Central located. Host Kristina gives uncomplicated support by phone & e-mail, before arrival and tries to realize all guest wishes. Strongly recommendation for this Package: room - historical center- shopping- harbour!!!

Excellent stay at the great location with kind staff

I was more then pleased to stay at the Preziosa Room which is situated in the center of Pula, easily reachable on foot or by car. The contact person was extremely kind and willing to help with all our questions. The property was extremely clean, with all utilities (hair dryer, television, WLAN, a terrace with chairs, refrigerator, shampoo. I must say that the bed was extremely comfortable and the whole place was sparkling clean. I will definitely be coming back.
