It felt very new. Private. Comfortable and a good location.
No private parking. But once you manage and find your own parking it is usually fine. You do have your walk your luggage to the apartment.

Cannot recommend this enough. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks as a solo-traveler and had a great time. The room is very comfortable. It has everything you need and I received very friendly help by the staff. The cleaner is very nice aswell and will clean the room upon request!
As a video editor, the wi-fi wasn't fast enough. But for most people working online the wi-fi will probably be fast enough.

very central and good price, self check in was appreciated and easy
the instructions for check in were not very clear. the apartments did not feel very private as walls were thin. would’ve appreciated a bottle of water in the fridge.
