All in all, it is a very nice apartment in a great location with a friendly host

The Rooms Roza apartment is very clean and overall gives a like-new impression, as if it had been recently renovated. Particularly positive are the excellent location near the wide coastal area of Peroj with plenty of swimming opportunities, as well as the private parking space directly at the apartment. The host is also friendly, helpful, and always easily reachable via WhatsApp.

One star is deducted, however, due to the soundproofing of the doors and the rather limited room amenities. There is no media system or TV, and no cooking facilities in the room– at least a kettle would have been convenient. On the positive side, there is an alternative cooking option in a separate building with a veranda. A bit inconvenient is also the lack of a table or other storage surfaces in the room.

Nice room near the beach and beautiful sunset view.

The room was nicely equipped, everything was new and of good quality. You could see they thought about the details. Host was very welcoming and helpful. In general I really liked our stay. The sunsets were magnificent.

The only thing I didn't like is that the pillows were too big for my preference, so my neck was hurting a bit. But that is really a detail. I'm aware that you can't please everyone.

Great beach experience combined with Fajana visiting.

Close to the beach and empty beach, short walk distance from Fazana and Peroj, very clean and well maintained, rooms with balconies, ac.

Superb

We spent our vacation in the apartman called "Roza". I think it is the most valuable one: large spaces, air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen and rooms, balcony with amazing view to the sea. The apartman is accessible through an outdoor stairway, started from your private parking lot. The owner was amazingly kind and helpful. Everything was very clean and we liked the modern style of the apartman. The sea is very close to the house - approximately 2 minutes walk and you can already jump in the refresing water. Check-in and check-out were very flexible - we travelled with two tiny kids and it was very easy to check-in and check-out even with them.

One of our beds was not very comfortable. We have to use some pillows from under to get it a bit more flat in the middle

We were on a short visit to Croatia... since we were out all day and only needed the room to shower and sleep, we were completely satisfied... The reception was nice and friendly... if you don't expect luxury and are only looking for something at a low price, this is the place for you... Great appartment in Peroj

Great appartment, has everything you could ever need. The hosts are most helpful and kind. The beach is just few minutes away. We had such a good time in Peroj.

A cheap basic room in a quiet area close to the beach. The little balcony has a decent view. Check-in was smooth. Very suitable for our two night stay for a visit to Pula.

The location of Peroj is excellent. It is close to Pula. The beach is well developed with lots of trees. Closed parking in the courtyard

Unfortunately the road to the accommodation, about 1km, is not paved. The room is very small barely 4 square meters. It has a little balcony and a small bathroom. The facilities are poor.

We had a wonderful time at Roza’s apartments. Our hosts were great and very helpful. The room was clean and we had everything we need. The apartments are on an amazing location, close to the see. Next year we shall return again.

Would recommend this to backpackers with a motorcycle, for a couple of nights stay

Double or twin room with balcony: Good location-near the beach, quiet neighborhood, friendly owners, clean, well maintained, free toiletries, good wi-fi, free private parking, mosquito net; photos and description of the room is adequate.

Although the room is near the beach, it's quite far from Fažana and its restaurants and bars (25-30 min walk by the sea, but no lights at night); no shops/mini markets nearby; really small bathroom; no tea cups, only plastic coffee cups; the balcony is useless in the morning for breakfast, since it's on the east side-too hot, had to eat on the bed;

Very friendly owner, easy to communicate with. Room was nicely clean with mini fridge, boiling pot and good size bed. Clean bathroom with shower corner. Top was balcony with sea view, sun umbrella and table with chairs. Nice surprise was brand new AC. Sea is 2 min distance, area is very calm with Fažana city 20 min by walk. Around the shore is running/in-line trail. Around it are few bars for coffee or drinks. 100% recommended.

Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek

Lokalizacja praktycznie przy morzu i spokojnej plaży, obszar w zasadzie wyłączony z ruchu drogowego, piękny ogród, rewelacyjna kuchnia na zewnątrz, piękny zapach w całym obiekcie, 20 min spacerkiem do Fazany wzdłuż morza. Bardzo miła Pani Branka, dba o każdy szczegół, widać że robi dobrą robotę!! Obiekt położony jest w okolicy campingowo letniskowej, więc typowy wakacyjny klimat zdala od wielkich budynków. Woda na plaży krystaliczna, dużo lepsza niż w Fazanie
