All in all, it is a very nice apartment in a great location with a friendly host

The Rooms Roza apartment is very clean and overall gives a like-new impression, as if it had been recently renovated. Particularly positive are the excellent location near the wide coastal area of Peroj with plenty of swimming opportunities, as well as the private parking space directly at the apartment. The host is also friendly, helpful, and always easily reachable via WhatsApp.

One star is deducted, however, due to the soundproofing of the doors and the rather limited room amenities. There is no media system or TV, and no cooking facilities in the room– at least a kettle would have been convenient. On the positive side, there is an alternative cooking option in a separate building with a veranda. A bit inconvenient is also the lack of a table or other storage surfaces in the room.

Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek

Lokalizacja praktycznie przy morzu i spokojnej plaży, obszar w zasadzie wyłączony z ruchu drogowego, piękny ogród, rewelacyjna kuchnia na zewnątrz, piękny zapach w całym obiekcie, 20 min spacerkiem do Fazany wzdłuż morza. Bardzo miła Pani Branka, dba o każdy szczegół, widać że robi dobrą robotę!! Obiekt położony jest w okolicy campingowo letniskowej, więc typowy wakacyjny klimat zdala od wielkich budynków. Woda na plaży krystaliczna, dużo lepsza niż w Fazanie

Nice room near the beach and beautiful sunset view.

The room was nicely equipped, everything was new and of good quality. You could see they thought about the details. Host was very welcoming and helpful. In general I really liked our stay. The sunsets were magnificent.

The only thing I didn't like is that the pillows were too big for my preference, so my neck was hurting a bit. But that is really a detail. I'm aware that you can't please everyone.

Die Nähe zum Strand und die sehr ruhige Lage...obwohl Hauptreisezeit war. Branka die neue Besitzerin ist sehr sehr nett. Wir hatten in der sehr tollen und komplett neuen Outdoor Küche einen schönen Abend ,wo Branka Fisch grillte ,eine tolle Fischsuppe und Muscheln servierte ....es war eine sehr nette Einladung der neuen Hausbesitzerin. Wir waren schon das 3.mal im App.Roza! Immer gerne wieder-)

Wspaniałe miejsce do odpoczynku

Apartament po remoncie, bardzo funkcjonalny, czysty i pachnący. Duży parking. Ogród i garaż na rowery. W ogrodzie doskonale wyposażona kuchnia. Właścicielka Pani Branka jest bardzo życzliwa, pomocna i miła. Na powitanie kawa, a w kolejnych dniach wino i nalewki. Okolica bardzo cicha, idealna do odpoczynku. Do publicznej plaży 200 metrów (mało ludzi). Blisko do miejscowości Pula, Fazana i Rovinj. Polacam. Jeszcze tu wrócimy!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt.

Die ruhige Lage des Hauses war für uns wirklich ein Volltreffer. Es liegt in einer Sackgasse (Schotterstrasse), somit kein Durchzugsverkehr möglich. Seit diesem Jahr werden die Apartments von einer neuen Eigentümerin geführt, die sich persönlich um die Gäste kümmert. Die Räumlichkeiten befinden sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Besonders gefallen hat uns die überdachte Outdoor-Küche, wo wir bei Bedarf unsere Mahlzeiten selbst zubereiten konnten. Küchenutensilien tiptop, da ist alles dabei, was man braucht. Im gepflegten Garten gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten, gut zum Relaxen. Strand ist locker in 2 bis 3 Minuten erreichbar. War ein wirklich schöner Urlaub für uns. Danke an unsere Gastgeberin!

Locația era foarte aproape de mare, cca 5-8min pe jos

Deși camera era rezervată și plătită, în urma unor erori apăream ca fiind doar 2 persoane adulte si nu 2 adulți și 2 copii(6 și 3 ani). Am mai rezervat pt 2 persoane si nu a fost nici o problemă in alte locuri dar aici acest fapt nu i-a convenit mamei proprietarilor având un comportament neospitalier și după ce ne-a arătat camera a zis ca nu e ok și ne-a poftit afară pe terasă. Am clarificat oarecum problema cu proprietarul la telefon pt ca mama ei nu vorbea engleză și ne-a spus ca pt 2 nopți e ok așa, însă am simțit același comportament neospitalier și din partea ei și i-am explicat ca acea cameră am rezervat-o pt ca era suficient de mare pt noi toți, patul era generos de lat și neavând o cameră mai mare am considerat ca este suficient pt noi atunci când am rezervat și plătit in avans locul. Eram veniți din Danemarca și faptele acestea ne-au cam stresat în loc sa ne bucurăm de sejur. Internetul este foarte lent, doar pt emailuri eventual.

Gute Lage, nah zum Strand. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber schön und sauber, ganz genug für ein Pärchen, mit einem Balkon. Die Besitzerin war hilfsbereit. Wir hatten auch ein Wellcomedrink

Superb

We spent our vacation in the apartman called "Roza". I think it is the most valuable one: large spaces, air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen and rooms, balcony with amazing view to the sea. The apartman is accessible through an outdoor stairway, started from your private parking lot. The owner was amazingly kind and helpful. Everything was very clean and we liked the modern style of the apartman. The sea is very close to the house - approximately 2 minutes walk and you can already jump in the refresing water. Check-in and check-out were very flexible - we travelled with two tiny kids and it was very easy to check-in and check-out even with them.

One of our beds was not very comfortable. We have to use some pillows from under to get it a bit more flat in the middle

We were on a short visit to Croatia... since we were out all day and only needed the room to shower and sleep, we were completely satisfied... The reception was nice and friendly... if you don't expect luxury and are only looking for something at a low price, this is the place for you... A cheap basic room in a quiet area close to the beach. The little balcony has a decent view. Check-in was smooth. Very suitable for our two night stay for a visit to Pula.

The location of Peroj is excellent. It is close to Pula. The beach is well developed with lots of trees. Closed parking in the courtyard

Unfortunately the road to the accommodation, about 1km, is not paved. The room is very small barely 4 square meters. It has a little balcony and a small bathroom. The facilities are poor.
