A wonderful stay in a perfect seaside location with friendly hosts and secure parking for our motorcycle.

The location of the apartment was very convinient. The property had its own private parking in front of the house. We were with motorcycle so that was important for us. The location is next to the sea with nice view on the terrase. Also it is right next to “promenade” or center. The hosts were very nice ane welcoming. Would definetly recommend.

Messy place

Location is quite cenral, close to the beach But you can find something better for the money

The check in went very unsmoothly: there was only an old lady who didn't speak any languages except Croatian and there was a big dog that constantly barked at us, very loudly and scary. We had to walk around for some time till we managed somehow to explain that we booked a place here and the old lady called the host. There was no way to text the host, there was only a phone number, which is quite useless given that we have a foreign number and cannot call locally. So we could not contact the host in any way. Unpleasant experience. When we finally got into the room, there was a very strong chemical smell in the room till the point that it was difficult to breathe. We figured out that these were towels. We had to put them outside and this helped. Apparently the fabric softener or something wasn't washed off well. The room is small, it looks better on the pictures than in reality. There was virtually nothing except chemically-stinky towels and two small pieces of cheap hotel-type soap. The yard outside was a mess, unorderly, different things lying around. There were constantly some strange people sitting around, speaking loudly, drunk in the evening. Very strange feeling when you pass by to go into the town. What I found unacceptable was the big white dog running around freely in the yard. True it must be a smart dog because when the host let us inside the dog never barked at us again and always recognised us. But beware, especially if you are coming with a small child or are afraid of dogs: at the beginning it was very scary and the dog barked very loudly. Unacceptable that such dog runs around freely: it is an animal with no-one knows what in head and it is dangerous.

Friendly and relaxing B&B welcomes you to Fažana, a very pleasant place to stay and explore.

B&B Dal Pescatore provides a lovely basic guesthouse accommodation, nothing fancy but is very reasonably priced, clean and is excellently located being a few minutes walk from the seafront and all the restaurants that Fažana has to offer. In addition it is also a short distance from the boat terminal that gives access to the Brijuni National Park. The guesthouse is located in a quiet part of town and is family owned. The friendliness and warmth of the owner and her family is incredible and heartwarming, and even though she does not speak much English, I have never felt so welcome'd by a patron before :-) Oh, and the family dog is just adorable (and big!!, initially loud but friendly). And the house wine is to die for! :-) Free parking onsite.

it was a good staying in terms of location and kind owners

At first looked a bit weird, because it wasn’t any facility on the reception and communication, since the owner didn’t speak english, but then, by communicating in Italian with the owner or in English through his son, you feel comfortable and welcomed. Very good simple people that have found to earn for their living even through this way; I liked the honesty of the owner-the fisherman-il pescatore, that he couldn’t offer fish at the moment we stayed there, because there were no fresh real sea fish… When we leaved this place, it was like we knew these people for a long time, even though we stayed only for one night…

At first we couldn’t accept the dog around that barked, but then the owner managed it by locking him in another spot of the house.

it’s wasn’t very clean. room without table. Owner was welcoming first few days but by the end of our stay not really. breakfast okay but some more veggie or fruit would be recommended. they cheap in Croatia but there wasn’t at all.

Friendly owners and best location

The property is located within walking distance to the beach and city center of Fažana and has free parking. The family that runs it was extremely friendly and accommodating! They provided delicious breakfast and even made us try their own smokvas (figs) which were delicious. They also have the fluffiest dog who seems scary at first but is actually a snugglebug! We would love to come back and stay here again!

There was a musty smell coming from the pipes or drain in the bathroom and the wifi was basically non-existent on the first floor. You can get some signal if you go all the way up to the balcony

Ha a klímával nem lett volna baj, nagyon jó szállás lett volna

A házigazdák nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. A szoba kellemes, az erkélyről látni lehetett a tengert és a Brijuni Nemzeti Parkot.

A klímára sajnos ráférne egy takarítás. Büdös, rossz levegőt fúj, így egy kis idő után le is kapcsoltuk. Szerencsére este nem volt túl meleg és a fürdőszoba ablakot és erkély ajtót kinyitva jó levegő jött be.

Schön, aber mit diversen Abstrichen

Die Lage ist schön. Zu Fuss 150 m zum Strand. Wir waren im 2. Stock und hatten das letzte Zimmer auf der rechten Seite des Flurs. Ein Riesen Balkon von dem wir direkt aufs Meer und das Treiben am Strand schauen konnten. Die Vermieter sind super nett. Der Familienhund wirkt erstmal sehr böse und gefährlich, stellt sich aber, wenn er weiss das man zum Haus gehört, als absolute Schmusebacke raus. Wir haben von dem Vermieter einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher bekommen damit wir uns morgens wenigstens einen Instant Kaffee machen und unsere Lebensmiitel zum Frühstücken kühhlen konnten. Leider gibt es hier kein Frühstück und auch kein Restaurant im Haus, so wie es auf der Webseite von B.com beschrieben wird. B&B (Bed and Breakfast) ist also eine komplette Lüge. Es gibt wohl Zimmer mit Küche, es hat im Flur ab und zu nach Essen gerochen und es gab Gäste die da auf ihrem Balkon dann gegessen haben, also gehen wir davon aus, das es Zimmer mit Kochgelegenheit gibt. Unseres ist nur Bett mit Nachtischen und 1. kleiner Kleiderschrank. Das war's aber auch schon. Klima und Fernseher gibt es auch..

Kein Frühstück, auch nicht gegen Bezahlung und ein Restaurant gibt es im Haus auch nicht, hier wird die Unterkunft falsch beschrieben. Der Balkon und die Terasse hinten raus sind nicht überdacht, für Raucher heisst es dann, im Zimmer bleiben, denn man wird sofort klatschnass und wenn es dort regnet wird's erstmal richtig ungemütlich mit Wind und Sturmböhen (haben wir zweimal erlebt) und leider wurden auch die Bettwäsche und jeweils 2 Handtücher (Dusche / Handtuch) für uns nur 1x in den Zwei Wochen gewechselt. Spiegelschrank im Bad hat zwar ne Steckdose aber kein Strom, föhnen geht also nur im Zimmer und Seife oder Duschmittel muss man auf jeden Fall mitbringen hier bietet die Unterkunft auch leider keinen Service an. Die 3 Sterne vergeben wir nur für die Herzlichkeit der Familie.

Fazana ist wunderschön,Preise im Restaurant absolut fair und den Ausflug nach Brijuni muss man unbedingt machen.

Von unserem Zimmer mit Balkon hatten wir einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer und den schönen Ort Fazana ,der nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist.Das Zimmer selbst war tip top sauber ,ebenfalls das Badezimmer,Handtücher lagen bereit und das Bett riesig (Queensize).Unser Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus parken. Das Frühstück im Garten war absolut klasse,frisches warmes Brot,Rührei,Orangensaft,diverse Wurstsorten,Käse und den besten Kaffee Kroatiens. Die Gastgeberin spricht sehr gut deutsch und hat uns sehr nett empfangen und jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Vor dem grossen weißen Hund braucht man sich nicht fürchten.Wir haben ihn ins Herz geschlossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die beiden angrenzenden Grundstücke Richtung Meer und Stadt sind Brachland,was den Weitblick vielleicht ein bisschen stört.Für uns war es kein Problem.
