communication problem with the provider

Good situation. Apartments near to sea ca. 200m and near to centrum 7-10 min by walk. Wi-Fi connection was OK. Clean rooms, but without informations what with full rubbish.

Not every apartment have a balcony as on booking is written. View from the window room to the garden with neighbours. TV broadcast didn’t work. Staff emptied rubbish just one per 5 nights. Complication with the parking, provider showed us on the beginning place on the side walk 50m from Apartments, but after one trip to Pula, place was full. Communication! I tried to call 6 times to provider (needed help), despite I heard ringing, no one took or called back.

Would definitely recommend!

The hosts were really friendly, caring and supportive! Even though there was no parking spot included, they tried their best to find a solution and even offered us a spot! The balcony as well as the bathroom were sized very well! The location - short walking distance to the beach as well as to the center - is a big pro again! Ps: There is breakfast offered at the guesthouse for a small charge!

The only negative point which we experienced was that there is no cleaning during one’s stay: Thus, the trash box gets smelly and overloaded after a few days and one might run out of toilet paper.

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt - sehr ruhig und man ist trotzdem sehr schnell am Strand, am Hafen und beim Supermarkt. Das Haus ist super sauber. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und 5 wunderbare Tage verbracht.

Da fällt uns wirklich nichts ein. :)

A due passi dal mare e dal centro città.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura, per 4 notti, a fine luglio. Camera pulitissima, cambio asciugamani ogni due giorni. Mini frigo e tv presenti nella stanza. Ventilatore a soffitto top e mini stendino fuori dalla finestra. Nonostante non avessimo il balcone, giù nel cortile comune sono presenti tavoli e sedie in cui è possibile stare in tranquillità. È anche presente un frigo più grande, comune, a piano terra. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Il mare a due passi, così come il centro di Fažana. Sono disponibili parcheggi nelle vicinanze, sia a pagamento che non. Tutto ottimo, consigliatissimo!

Schlechte Luft im Zimmer und kein Mückenschutz

Sehr gute Lage.

Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer und eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Wenn man die Terrassentür zwecks Lüftung öffnet, dann komme sehr aggressive Mücken rein. Hier hätte die Gastgeberin zumindest ein Insektengitter montieren können!

Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung, schöner großer Balkon, angenehme Vermieterin, nettes kleines Städtchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
