Perfectly Located Hotel with Great Hospitality
The hotel is in an excellent location – just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and promenade, yet far enough from the noisy areas to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay. Breakfast is very nice and feels homemade, with fresh ingredients and a cozy atmosphere. The host is truly amazing – very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you might need.
The room itself is comfortable and clean, although it could be a bit larger. It would also be great if shower gel and shampoo were provided.

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Panolija in Fažana. The hospitality was exceptional, with our hosts making us feel truly welcome and at home. A special thanks to Dubravka, whose warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made our visit unforgettable. Breakfast is exceptionally rich and tasty - domaći!

Conveniently situated on the outskirts of the historic Old Town, easy access to local shops and safe car parking. Nestled in a safe locale with a charming seaside ambiance, enjoyed not only proximity to the sea but also a delightful breakfast spread served by friendly staff, complemented by nearby excellent dining options.

Nice and good price
Location was excellent, close to the beach, close to the city center. Breakfast was really nice, fresh pancakes made each morning, the coffee was decent. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
A room had a strange smell, most likely coming from the drain in the bathroom. Even though we had a small fridge in our room we had to share a big communal fridge in the hallway.
