Fifth time there, and for sure it will be sixth, seventh and more in the near future.

I think it's my fifth time there. Good location, nice and very cooperative owners, I like the non-contact version of getting there and leaving the apartment. Room was already heated, and I like a lot the separate cooking/eating room.

Great, responsive host made for a good stay.

Very nice and accommodating host who let us store our bikes in the lobby of the apartment building. We really appreciated that. We were also grateful for the shared kitchen. Everything was clean and organized. It was especially good for one night. The location fit our needs.

Was convenient and easy to communicate with re individual needs.

Short walk to the Colosseum, let us in a bit earlier than check in which was great as arrived by bus early. Air conditioning and fridge. Secure building.

Shower had some mould in grout but otherwise clean.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and communal kitchen excellent. We were lucky that we were the only ones staying at the time. Staff were very responsive

Exceptional

Our stay was amazing. Check in and out was hassle free. Neighbours were friendly and even helped when it came to parking. Room was chilly and cozy, really clean. Mattresses on beds were out of this world. Location was perfect and the city itself is avaliable by foot so we didnt have to use car that much. Will probably visit again.

A good clean aparment close to the city center

A nice clean room very close to the city center with a smar tv, a fridge and a shared kitchen. The aparments didn't have parking but there was some spots around the aparments where you could park for 0.5€/h or 6.5€/day.

There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom in the morning, needed to turn a fan on for an hour before we could use it. Also, the aparments are located in the same block as a low tier wine bar so leaving our car on the streef was a bit worrying.

Good

We liked the rooms, especially the bathroom and the shower. The beds were very comfortable and the whole room is quite nice to be in. The location of the property is great, really close to the centre of the city and its main attractions.

The biggest issue for us was that we found a few hairs in the room; on the bed, the bathroom shower and sink. We also didn't like the fact that the mentioned parking was non existant even though it is set as one of the features of the rooms, you need to pay for public parking.

A bit small. If you have a check in luggage (20-32kg) will be a bit tricky clean room coffe for the morning common space well equiped comfy bed and pillows big bathroom close to city center parking spaces on the street, near the building

high humidity requires id photo. i did not get this request by other properties in croatia, not even for self checkin. maybe is a common thing.

Modern stylish and peaceful

We knew we wouldn't arrive until late, after check in time but this wasn't an issue. Instructions on accessing the key was very clear.Nice location. Very stylish modern room and bathroom. Access to kitchen which was nice. It's very quiet, our room faced a courtyard and we slept very well.
