The check in instructions were extremely clear and communicated in good time. The staff were extremely friendly and on hand to help with all a queries. The location of the room was extremely central, with good amenities within a short walk. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a shared communal kitchen which was kept clean for the entire trip. If I were to return to Pula I would definitely choose Polesana rooms again!!
