Me and my fiancé visited Pula for 2 days, and honestly, the apartment is in perfect place. All local tourist attractions are nearby, even aquarium is only 10€ taxi drive away. The room feels very cozy, even tho the building is old. We didn't get the chance to meet the owner, but she was very nice. She didnt have anyone in the room, and she let us check in earlier than arranged and even let us stay a little longer without any issues! Thank you!

The building and room need some love.

Having access to a washer/dryer, though I didn't realize it would be a shared unit so I couldn't put in a load and walk away. The community kitchen appeared nice though I didn't need to use it.

Bed was not comfortable, and there were only 2 pillows, and they were very thin. The bathroom sink was clogged, but my husband dug the hair out of it so we could use it. The shower lacked a shower curtain liner so water went through the curtain. Shower/bathroom floors were very slippery. The host was hard to connect with. For example, I asked twice if the parking was in the lot across from the hotel. To answer this, the host sent a link that didn't go to the right place. I called and texted for help. Nothing. I ended up going up and down the street in the link the host provided to find that the remove did indeed open the gate to the lot right across from the hotel. Having the car there was quite convenient. The exterior needs to be updated and fixed. Paint on the front door is chipped and one of the windowpanes was broken. I found both disconcerting and scary.

Disappointing

The size of the room was enough for one person. Moreover, the furniture was good in combination of the cleanness of the room. Furthermore, the location was fantastic because it is in the city centre so everything is just nearby.

When I arrived It took me about 5 minutes to be able to open the entrance door of the building. Also, the entrance doors of all the rooms make noise so every person who wanted to leave or enter his/her room the noise will be clearly heard. Another important point, that the rooms are not perfectly isolated qua (acoustic isolation) so you can imagine what you can hear, so that is unpleasant and causes disturbance.

Very comfy, but bad smell

The host was very nice and friendly. We booked rooms in the very late evening and the host answered immediately our call and provided an instructions how to check in. It was very quickly as we wanted. Very close to all sightseeing and city centre. Everything was clean

Despite of all benefits, the smell was very very bad. It was very toxic, maybe caused by some cleaning agents or so. Moreover, opened windows and air conditioning did not help. Please, do something with it. It's the only thing we didn't like and the biggest one.

Wonderful accommodation in the centre

The office was easy to find, the staff was very helpful and polite. There we got clear directions to the accommodation, keys and a tourist map of the town. The flat itself was not big, but functional, with modern design, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. We even were offered to leave our bags for keeping at the office the day we checked out, so we could enjoy the town, waiting for out bus.

Good location

The water in the shower was cold after 2 min, VERY VERY NOISY, could say NO isolation at all. We heard everything from the streets, loud neighbours come and go in the middle of the night,... We slept 3 hours each night due to the noise, bad experience in Pula..

Perfect for staying in pula

Great location, the host Maja, was very kind, giving us suggestions for restaurants. She even picked us up to park our car in the private parking before checking in. The room was very nice, quiet and dark, great bed, we slept very well. Great place for staying in pula!
