Perfect location, helpful host, great apartment for 2

The location is perfect for visiting all local attractions and is very close to the bus stop where the 2a dropped us off after travelling from the Bus station that we reached by Airport shuttle. Return by 3a bus worked but note that it only ran after 8am on Saturday. The bedroom was spacious with nice adjoining kitchen with table and chairs and smart bathroom with great shower. We chose courtyard view and it was very quiet as we wanted. Good windows and shutters and a nice quiet air conditioner when we needed it. Bus service using the App was incredibly efficient and good value and unexpected treat was the visit to the Aquarium set inside an old Fort with excellent food options.

On arrival, it was a bit difficult to find the street entrance and, until someone pointed out the hall light switch, we had to use our phones to light the way. Very minor point... it would have been nice to have a microwave but we eat out for most meals anyway.

Comfortable and great location. Calm decor once inside the entrance to the apartments. Lovely owner who was very helpful and communicated well. Great for a few days but not much storage space to stay longer term. Great coffee machine - not shown in the photos! Comfy bed, good blackout shutters and efficient airconditioning! ( it was 39 deg.!)

Graffiti around the entrance door from the street and shabby entrance area were off-putting. The entrance area is in need of an upgrade and the stairs up one floor aren’t easy with luggage but you only need to do it once!! 😁 It would help if the description made it clear that there are several apartments inside one section of the floor. The photos do not indicate which apartment they relate to. It might help to allocate photos to apartment number as they are different layouts.

GREAT!! 10/10, HIGHLY recommended!!

The studio is located in the city centre of Pula. Everything, shops, restaurants etc. are within walking distance. The studio itself is very well equipped and super clean. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom as well. The host, Emi is very helpfull and she responds within minutes when needed. She even arranged taxi rides for us, highly recommended to do so when needed. Emi, your studio is great, thank you so much and we hope to stay again with you in the future! 10/10!!

Great modern appartment in the centre of town and friendly host.

Good size appartment with modern facilities and nice decor - comfortable bed, separate kitchen area, clean modern bathroom with good water pressure. We were able to cook using the kitchen equipment - the market is 100 meters away! And thank you Emi for such a warm welcome, and making sure we got to the bus station in good time at the end of our stay.

Absolutely perfect

You know how there is always something with the accommodation? Well I coulnd't think of any issues with Emi's apartments. Also, what you see here is what you get. Photos are honest and I was not dissapointed. Everything was perfect. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. Emi was very responsive and helpful, though if I had followed the instructions she gave me I wouldn't have to call her at all :D The apartment is very nice, cozy and very comfortable. I was there at a very hot period, but the flat was very cool by itself. I used AC for a brief period to cool myself after entering the flat. The AC is very very quiet.

The only thing some might find problematic are occasional street performers below the apartment but they are there only a couple of hours during the day and you will probably be at the beach at that time :) even still it was not a major issue.

Emi Luxury apartments are centrally located in Pula with easy access to all that downtown Pula has to offer. There is a local bakery opposite the property which is handy for breakfast of that mid morning snack. The local market is just up the street - 2 minutes walk and the Roman amphitheater is 10 mins walk. Shops and restaurants are on your doorstep. Accommodation was spotless, bed was comfortable, water (bathroom) was hot and great shower. Host had left some beer and water in the fridge. TV had local channels but also Netflix so extra viewing available. The huge plus for Emi is the host! NOTHING was too much bother from organising taxis, recommending restaurants and sorting out car hire. An A star for this level of service and attentiveness. If you need to stay in Pula I would look no further than this accommodation.

Be aware that you have some stairs to go up before accessing the apartment but not too many!

amazing value, fantastic host, great location and room for couples

The location of the property is fantastic located near to the Kastel in the centre of Pula, amazing modern room with private bathroom, kitchen (not very big but definitely enough), air conditioning and plenty of space for all clothes. the entry into the flat is modern and easy with a keycard and code.

The one and only downside is the AC turns itself on every now and then BUT I’m sure this can be changed with some settings on the remote

Lovely apartment with a amazing location. Nicely remodeled place, everything was new and clean. Communication with the owner was very good, she was truly helpful in every way. We even received some snacks as a welcome gift.

Make sure you contact the owners before arriving as you only get a code to enter the apartment. We came and only then we realized there is no reception or someone there to give us the key. But we called the number in booking and in no time we got all the information and we got inside. The sink area in a bathroom is a bit small, but for few nights stay it was sufficient.
