Awesome

The owner (Property Manager) Igor was very helpful and informative. I fully enjoyed my stay at this place. Exterior of the property may look old but inside it's newly built. The stairs can go dark during evening but with mobile phone one can manage to climb them easily. View of the Pula's Roman Amphitheatre and the sea from the window were a bonus. Well done Igor.

I loved my stay in Pula/ Pola and would recommend any one visiting Istria to stay there.

I was happy with the property I found the facilities were great. A compacted unit well equipped with what is needed for a short stay. Igor was helpful in organising me a nights stay no dramas went well.

Maybe better selections on the TV…

Basic clean accommodation

Lovely views on to the arena (colosseum). Easy to walk everywhere

No fridge. Didn’t find a supermarket or convenience store close by. Self check in so we didn’t see any staff.

Atmospheric location and lovely view.

Lovely old building and amazing view over Pula. The sunset was beautiful. Good aircon and shared shower was fine - we didn't really see anyone else.

There weren't any facilities really - no fridge and a shared bathroom. We knew this before hand so that was fine and we were only staying one night. Decor a little dull?

Good value for a short stay

This did exactly what it said on the box: it was clean, quiet, and easy to access after a late arrival on the ferry. Well-equipped; plenty of hot water; fairly comfortable bed. Good instructions and easy to access the apartment.

Initial impressions of the apartment block were a bit mixed but don't be put off as the floor where the apartments are is very clean and well-furbished.

Great rooms in Pula next to the Arena and the city centre

Great location for a couple of days in Pula. We only spent one night here but it was a perfect location in walking distance to the Arena and the city center. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Pula

Great stay with a nice view of the arena

Excellent location, couple minute walk to the Pula Arena, and about 5 minutes to the main town area. The apartment and shared bathrooms were nice and clean, and the aircon was great.

Not what we expected

The accommodation is very close to the old town. Very close to the Amphitheatre.

The room is in a very run-down building. It was scary until we got up to the apartment on the second floor. The apartment has five rooms for rent, with two very small, cramped toilets with showers off a narrow hallway.

Quiet, comfortable, convenient stay near the Arena

I had an excellent stay here, the room/ studio looked just like the photos - it's small but has everything you need! A/C, good WiFi, a comfortable bed, private restroom, very basic cooking supplies, a nice view, dark curtains for the bright sun, and the people in the other rooms were quiet. It was easy to find and easy to access. It's only a 5 minute walk to the Arena and maybe a 10 minute walk to the center of town.

Just a note that there's no elevator and it's up a few flights of stairs. The building looks a bit decayed on the outside but inside the apartment is quite nice.

The view from our room was breathtaking!! The location was great, the apartment was clean and we had everything what we needed !! Amazing value for money!!

Great location in relation to the bus station and city centre

Great location and very clear check in instructions. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a kettle and strong glasses that we were able to use for hot drinks.

It would have been great to have mugs and bowls to be able to make a quick breakfast in the room.

Stayed there twice during one trip and would go back

Beautiful view of the arena and the bay. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a kettle in the room, as well as glasses. There was also a drying rack which proved useful after a beach day. We stayed there twice during a round trip in Croatia and would go back any time.

It would have been a bonus to have mugs and bowls in the room.
