A lovely retro home for long or short stays. Excellent facilities, good location to shops and beaches. Couldn’t recommen

The property was lovely, very vintage. The house was very cool and kept dark during the day. Aircon in the room was fantastic. The balcony felt secluded and private, no issue that the bathroom was outside of the room. The kitchen has cooking utensils and a fridge with ice and water dispenser which was very useful!

Was difficult to find the host for check in and check out. If you needed anything, it was hard to get in touch with them.

Such a welcoming, peaceful place to be.

It had a beautiful, cared for garden and was very spacious. The house itself and rooms were very clean. It was very peaceful and the staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Vintage villa with history. Amasing stay. Thank you Nina ! I am in love with your place. Very nice host keeps the villa with love ❤️ and care. Very good equipped kitchen , you can find all you need , you can even make your coffee in 3 ways!!!!!

Great stay

Very clean! Very good facilities in the bathroom and the kitchen. Comfort bed. Nice family. Beautiful garden. Location is also okay. 15-20 min walk to the town and 15 min walk to the beach. Markets and restaurants are nearby.

Sometimes it could be a little bit noisy when the guests go to toilet in the night (because the aisle is shared)

The house looked incredible but the garden was the top of the cherry cake. So beautiful! Moreover the host and hers family were the nicest people ever, incredible kind! Would def recommend this amazing place!!!!!!!!

The perfect place for longer stays

The villa is a magnificent 19th century building with a lot of authentic detail while cosy at the same time. Rooms and bathrooms have the same grandeur. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Hosts Nina and her mother Pasionaria are super helpful and kind. We loved it.

Superb

Nina is a warm and full of good vibes host. She welcomed us with a big smile and plenty of information about Pola and the neighborhood surrounding. The house is well equipped and clean, with a vintage taste in the room. There's also a beautiful garden with chairs to relax and enjoy the stillness of the area. The main attractions are not far, 20 minutes walk and if coming by car, there's plenty of parking lots around the place or even inside. Just 5 minutes from Nina's place you can find a bakery where they have nice croissants and burek! Overall it was a great stay, thanks to Nina and her daughter and hope to be back in Pula soon!

Vintage villa magnolia is a wonderful oasis where you can enjoy a charismatic family villa, offering cozy bedrooms, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden! The hosts are amazing people, who will help you with anything that will make your holiday comfortable. This is the place you should stay when visiting Pula!

Невероятно уютно, красиво и спокойно

Очень красивая вилла, будто музей. Большой светлый номер. Матрас невероятно удобный. На общей кухне есть кофемашина и кран с фильтрованной водой. Очень приятные отзывчивые хозяева, всегда готовые помочь. До лучшего пляжа Пулы 15 минут пешком, до центра 20. Рядом есть кафе и магазины. Хорошая шумоизоляция номеров. Хороший wi-fi. Мы попросили поменять полотенца и нашу просьбу сразу выполнили. Номер очень большой, уютный, очень чистый, было приятно жить в этом месте!

Не было шампуня и и геля, нужно брать свои. Кухня общая, так что там часто кто-то готовит, могут быть запахи от еды.

Jak za tę cenę, to słaby.

Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, bardzo dużo naczyń i miejsc do przechowywania. Każdy pokój ma przydzieloną swoją półkę w lodówce, kosz na owoce itp. Najlepsze miejsce w tym domu ;) Łazienka też w porządku - duża, czysta, z balkonem.

Zaniedbany ogród bez oświetlenia. Ogród ma olbrzymi potencjał, jest duży i mógłby być piękny. Niestety jest cały zarośnięty, zaniedbany. Na środku stoi wysuszone, porośnięte chaszczami baseno-oczko wodne (ciężko stwierdzić co to jest). Brak oświetlenia, wieczorem strach przejść.
