Overall we had a very enjoyable stay here

The apartment was really nice, the host was very kind and attending. The location was excellent, close to the beach, but also not far from Pula centre. The balcony had sea-view. Everything was clean and cozy. The highlight were the cute and friendly cats on the property :)

The apartment could use with a few facilities, such as extra blankets, salt, sugar, shower gel/shampoo

A little bit far from the city center. I could imagine it with more kitchen equipment such as forks and knifes, wine or cocktail glasses.

Superb

Ideally located in the south of Pula, close to the beach, supermarkets and recommendable restaurants. Great view from the balcony to the harbour and the sea. Extremely friendly landlords that were very helpful in every situation.

A good place to stay!

Location is great, few beaches in walking circle, good for the walk with the kids. You could use the bus to the city center. I liked the view, from both rooms you could see the sea.

Very good

Nice location, less than 15 mins by walk from the closest beach (vasaline) and less than 30 mins from all the other beach in verudela. 30mins to Pula center. Amazing pizzeria in front (Soprano). Supermarket, buses and cafés around. Comfy flat and bed, nice balcony, nice tenant.

The flat is a bit empty. For 2-3 days it's ok but for a week, if there is a kitchen and a tea and coffee machine, at least salt/pepper/oil/sugar/tea and coffee would be more welcoming and appreciated. Moreover with no breakfast restaurant around.

Perfect place at the seaside of Pula

The location was great. The apartment was really cozy, the bed was comfortable the bathroom and kitchen were good. The view from the bedroom is amazing, it was like waking up in a fairytale (we stayed at the top-floor). You can also sit outside on the terrace and watch the beautiful sunset. Several busstops are nearby, so traveling to Verudela, Stoja or the center of Pula is easy, but we mostly went by foot around. The pebble and rockbeaches are near, also the supermarket is a 3 min walk. The host was great! She responds fast and is always willing to help. We loved our stay and we definitely recommend this place!

We recommend some tips that would make the apartment even nicer then it already is. Some door- and window stops would be nice so they don't slam when there is some wind. More kitchen utensils like a good cutting-knife, a vegetable peeler, a bakingtool,.. as well as the basics salt, pepper, and oil would make the kitchen more utilizable :)

Margarita is very nice, speaks perfect English, and this will be a nice apartment to stay.

It was super nice of Margarita to pick us up at the bus station. She was a good communicator on the internet too, responding quickly always.

This apartment needs help with providing a full kitchen which includes the basics for cooking and washing dishes. Many of these items were brought in the second day after we mentioned the need. We book apartments with kitchens we can cook in, to save some money and eat more healthy food than most restaurants provide. We were only able to cook on the second night having to eat out the first night. The apartment is also a bit far from the bus into town, but we managed. Other people who don’t like to walk migh not like the distance in the heat of the day.

Ein gelungener und toller Urlaub mit sehr gutem Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen.

Die Lage war super, genau zwischen Pula Centrum und Strand. 2 sehr gute Restaurants und ein Supermarkt waren gleich um die Ecke. Toll war, das wir einen überdachten Balkon hatten, auf dem wir auch bei einem Regenschauer und großer Hitze sitzen konnten. Außerdem konnten wir auch gut vor der Haustür sitzen, ebenfalls überdacht und quasi wie eine große Terrasse

Das kein Besen in der Unterkunft war und wir 10 Tage lang gar nicht sauber machen konnten. Den hätte uns aber die Vermieterin bestimmt gegeben, da sie auch um Haus gewohnt hat und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich war. Wir wollten sie aber nicht extra belästigen.
