Friendly accommodation close to attractions and beaches.

Close to the center, easy access to public transport. Very friendly hosts and beautiful philodendrons. There's a lot of free space to have rest inside and outside.

It would have been nice if there was a curtain on the top bed too.

Great hostel

Nice rooms that have air conditioning. The toilets were very clean and there are lots of nice common areas to hang out in. The staff were great and friendly and helped us find things to do!

When the keycard is used to open the locker in the room, it makes a fairly loud beeping noise, which can be disturbing at night.

Good hostel very close to the Arena

We arrived earlier to Pula, but they allowed us to keep the bags before check-in. The hostel was bigger than we thought, with three floors and lots of outside communal areas. The room was spacious and the bottom beds (bunk beds) had curtains. There were not lots of toilets and showers for the amount of rooms they had, but I always found one available when I needed it, so it was enough. The kitchen had a basket system so you could put store your food safely with your name and checkout date on, and there were several things you could use to cook and eat. There were two floor that had outside areas, there was plenty of space to choose from. The hostel is close to the arena, and a short walking distance from the bus station. The AC worked very well, which was a very necessary feature in a very warm Pula. We asked for recommendations of local food and beaches, the gentleman was lovely and his suggestions were great.

Open artfully decorated stay - centrally located.

Beautiful house, lots of cozy open spaces for lounging and socialising. Roof tops, open dining, well equipped kitchen. Very creative and colourful. The hosts were really nice and immediately helped with a problem. 5 minutes to railway station, 8 minutes to central bus station, 9 minutes to Amfiteatar Arena. Luggage lockers in the room, with table , mirrors, hair dryer, iron and a private bathroom for 9 people.

If not for the bedbugs I would rate this 10. First night it was bad, I suspected pillow. Host replaced immediately. But second night was worse with lots of bites, couldn't sleep, still painful. I suppose this also has to do with the fact that the room is not well aerated or lit, as it faces a wall outside. Also the window side has a bed with curtains drawn, so almost no ventilation (there is an air conditioner). So room is damp (majorly fault of the other girls, who would hang a dripping wet towel in the room instead of proper rails in the outdoor space; who also made the bath very dirty). This is just a suggestion to let the beddings soak up sunlight enough for the bugs to die. Otherwise very happy with the hostel.

Perfect for access to Pula and the port

Easy to find and close to the port. We could check in late and the rooms were comfortable and clean as well as the bathrooms. Nice kitchen area although we didn’t need to use it.

Comfortable and safe

Felt very safe here as a solo female traveler! Facilities were clean, staff very helpful and friendly, good kitchen facilities, clean and comfortable dorms and cleaners in the rooms every morning

On the second day, the door of my shared room got locked from outside. It was very intense to know that I was locked inside and I got a call from the staff early in the morning. The other staff at night was a bit rude.

the sheets were too thin (you could see the mattress through them, didn’t feel so clean to have contact with the mattress): i had to use the top sheet to properly cover the mattress. super noisy during the night. top bed had no curtains to isolate light. the bathroom was not convenient to place stuff, the storage space was too little (hangers, shelves).

Horrible Experience

The location was good.

Our room had a very strong smell of vanilla, and I realised that they were trying to cover the smell of mold! The wall and the closet were moldy! 😔 The room is next to the man's bathroom, and it smells horrible! 😔 My partner has asthma, so we had to sleep with all 3 windows opened! The entire hostel is full of teenagers, and while I was showering, I ran out of warm water, I went out to speak with the receptionist and he said that is normal and that I should wait in the shower for a couple of minutes for the water to get warm inside the tank again, because they were many people using it, and basically they ran out of hot water. I couldn't just stay in the shower and freeze. I paid fully for all the facilities, but I didn't receive it. I had to rinse my hair with cold water! 🥶 We buy croissants and sandwiches to have for the next morning, and the next mornings the bags were full of ANTS!!! 🐜 You are not able to enjoy anything , because of the huge flow of teenagers and load noise. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! I tried to put all the pictures I took, but for some reason, I can pick just one..

Comfortable hostel

It was a great stay! The people working there were super kind, giving us tips and helping. The hotel has lots of spaces to hang out, sit, relax. The kitchen was good, the room was comfy.

No socket next to the bed, no place to hang your jacket. In the shower there was nothing to put your soap.

Wish I had known how nice it was before booking the previous 5 nights in a studio elsewhere.

The hostel is large and so spacious. It is close to the bus station and buses to other local spots as well as being close to the harbour. The upstairs outside balcony (patio) is amazing, and there’s another one downstairs as well as a large common area. There is a large well stocked kitchen, friendly owners and team members. The dorms are spacious and clean with good showers. Loved it.

Wonderful staff in hstel, thank you very much Goranda. Everything about this hostel is great. Location - 5 minutes to the bus station, to the historical part of the city, near a grocery store, many cafes and restaurants. The hostel is very clean. There is a kitchen with everything you need. I recommend this hostel.

The owner let me check in at 10:30am as my stay was during off peak season. The bathroom was super clean. I was all by myself in one of the female dormitory. The location of the hostel was perfect and super close to the bus station. If I ever visit Pula again, I will stay at this hostel again.

Great location and everything we needed

The host was very friendly and helpful, she gave us some nice suggestions and answered all our questions. The hostel had everything we needed, and the location was great. It’s a 10 min walk to the bus station, 15 min to the historic part of the city, and very close to a supermarket and to a bus stop where we could take a bus to go to the beaches in Verudela.
