The location is perfect. Especially for me, i came by train and the resort is only a short walk. In the same street is also the beautiful medieval castle. Location 10/10. I arrived really early, but the staff did everything they could to help me and they let me check in really early. This helped me a lot, because I only stayed for a day and now i could see everything without needing to take my luggage everywhere. Really grateful for the nice room. Amazing experience overall!

Very clean room with lots of space, high ceilings, A/C, fridge, great shower. Beautiful pool and pool area. Easy walk to historic center. Great breakfast with the best croissants I have ever eaten in my life.

Great base location to explore the local town, wineries, bigger cities and countryside. Staff were so helpful, friendly and fun. Perfect continental breakfast and lice big airy rooms with nice quiet aircon. Not too big a hotel so not too busy, lovely pool and sun terrace.

Staff at breakfast was super nice!
Not worth €145 per night. Outdated and small bi-level rooms. Bed was uncomfortable with thin pillows. We wanted to ask some recommendations upon check-in but no English speaker available to explain.

Disappointing, facilities not as advertised
Good size rooms, pool area lovely. One lady who seemed to be trying to do everything and run the place but couldn’t do it all on her own.
First impressions when arriving were good but then we tried to check in and found reception to be closed, we had arrived at the time we’d advised we would so waited a bit then called hotel, eventually someone arrived and checked us in, took about 40 minutes. Then asked to book a table in the restaurant only to be told it was closed, asked about the next night and again were told it was closed (seems to be permanently closed). Asked when the bar was open until only to be told that was closed as well. The jacuzzi was also of order. Breakfast was very basic, no hot food, had to try to toast a bit of bread in a small sandwich toaster. Whilst this is a nice place, it isn’t as advertised and was really disappointing. The price is high for the facilities which were actually available. We messaged the hotel during our stay to try and discuss but are still waiting to hear back.

Great place to stay
The Pool and proximity to the train station, lake qnd town centre all huge positives. The food in the hotel was excellent. Cracking place to visit, lovely town. Caught a bit of opera there too in the town hall. Great place.
