The location is perfect. Especially for me, i came by train and the resort is only a short walk. In the same street is also the beautiful medieval castle. Location 10/10. I arrived really early, but the staff did everything they could to help me and they let me check in really early. This helped me a lot, because I only stayed for a day and now i could see everything without needing to take my luggage everywhere. Really grateful for the nice room. Amazing experience overall!

Great base location to explore the local town, wineries, bigger cities and countryside. Staff were so helpful, friendly and fun. Perfect continental breakfast and lice big airy rooms with nice quiet aircon. Not too big a hotel so not too busy, lovely pool and sun terrace.

A bit boring? Except for Castiglione old town, this was lovely in the evening!

Staff at breakfast was super nice!

Not worth €145 per night. Outdated and small bi-level rooms. Bed was uncomfortable with thin pillows. We wanted to ask some recommendations upon check-in but no English speaker available to explain.

Disappointing, facilities not as advertised

Good size rooms, pool area lovely. One lady who seemed to be trying to do everything and run the place but couldn’t do it all on her own.

First impressions when arriving were good but then we tried to check in and found reception to be closed, we had arrived at the time we’d advised we would so waited a bit then called hotel, eventually someone arrived and checked us in, took about 40 minutes. Then asked to book a table in the restaurant only to be told it was closed, asked about the next night and again were told it was closed (seems to be permanently closed). Asked when the bar was open until only to be told that was closed as well. The jacuzzi was also of order. Breakfast was very basic, no hot food, had to try to toast a bit of bread in a small sandwich toaster. Whilst this is a nice place, it isn’t as advertised and was really disappointing. The price is high for the facilities which were actually available. We messaged the hotel during our stay to try and discuss but are still waiting to hear back.

The Pool and proximity to the train station, lake qnd town centre all huge positives. The food in the hotel was excellent. Cracking place to visit, lovely town. Caught a bit of opera there too in the town hall. Great place.

it is a little gem in a quiet part of town. the restaurant is elegant and comprehensive. rooms were spacious and well suited to a short stay. the staff were very helpful and nice

The place is really nice, although I think summer is the best moment to enjoy the gardens and the external areas. The hotel's even got an al fresco Jacuzzi on the terrace (anche a lovely swimming pool too!).

The breakfast was not that great (as in: not much to choose from), but I think it's due to the fact that November is not a peak season month: we were the only guests staying that night.

Very nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Rooms are cooled very well and nice air conditioning which was very nice as it was 39 degrees during our stay.

the quality of the stay and the price is not balanced. In my opinion way to overpriced for the things you get. The staff don’t speak English or speak English but very poorly. Room was dusty and the cabine of the shower was leaking. Mention it has no effect since they do not understand you. Breakfast is quitte expensive for the thing they have. Also, there was one private party that they didn’t mentioned at the beginning of our stay. So we could sleep because of the music. We have traveled 2 week in Italy and this was our baddest stay of all the accommodations we visit. We stayed here for 4 days. In my opinion, way to overpriced. Wouldn’t return to this place. There are other beautiful places you can visit in this city which are having the same price or are even cheaper.

Great pool!

The accommodation is finished to a very high standard and is very comfortable. The poolside area is superb. The location is also superb being only a 5 minute walk to the town centre.

Breakfast slightly disappointing but clearly compromised by COVID restrictions so probably better in normal times. The hotel and restaurant felt slightly disconnected from each other creating a lack of atmosphere.

Die Anlage ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Die Lage mit Parkplatz war super. Der Garten schön. Leider war der Pool in der Nachsaison schon eingewintert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Moskitonetze waren sehr nützlich.

Das Zimmer war im Herbst etwas finster.

Kurzer Weg zum Zentrum- Ladestation am Parkplatz, allerdings wenig Kapazität (1,7 kw tatsächlich); Zimmer großzügig, allerdings SZ nur über Treppe erreichbar- für Gäste die schlecht zu Fuß sind schwierig. Parken direkt am Grundstück

Im SZ (oberer Stock mit Holzbalken) war es nicht perfekt sauber
