This is a beautifully modernised, extremely comfortable hotel right in the very centre of the town. We loved our rooftop room with it’s huge terrace and hot tub - very private but with beautiful views over the town and lake. Nothing was too much trouble for Roby and his son Matti - I felt we received a very warm and genuine welcome - far more personal than you would find in a larger, more corporate setting.
Nothing at all about the property itself. Some clearer guidance on parking prior to arrival would be helpful - but even so they offered to help with transporting bags.

Breakfast was provided every morning, on time. Paolo and his staff went above and beyond to provide restaurant reservations, parking accommodations, and daily local excursions for our group.

Favorite hotel on our trip!
Location was in middle of town. Paolo was so friendly and helpful-he worked hard to make sure we were comfortable and happy! Breakfast was great. Our suite with deck had an amazing view. But it was really Paolo that made it all wonderful!
