We had a wonderful weekend in Bournemouth and this appartment was perfect

House was beautiful, a little short on necessities like teabags and toilet roll but overall it was perfect

Location in Westbourne close to some lovely restaurants and easily walkable to city centre and beach. Good size rooms and plenty of beds. Nice and warm.

Most of the fixtures and fittings are cheap and not built to last. One of the beds in the room had broken slats (which they did offer to fix) and the other bed was on a slope making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. All the window frames have black mold on. There were burn marks on some of the carpets. The shower needed a good descale and the shower tray doesn’t drain quick enough so making the bathroom floor very wet.

Good value for money as good spacious rooms & location however only 1 Washroom.

The rooms where very spacious and had a good amount of light through the windows. Sofas were comfortable.

The shower water flow was very slow in comparison to other properties I have stayed in. The temperature control on shower know was also found difficult as the knobs were not turning effectively to control the temperature. With 3 bedrooms I would had preferred the property of have an extra WC alone as with 8 people in the apartment this can be difficult, especially if you have a mixture of children and elderly people in your group.

Dirty apartment.

Location

The apartment was dirty and full of spiders. It was not cleaned and looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Spiders and loads of cob webs in every room which scared my kids. Windows were filthy. On a positive note the decor was very stylish and looks nice but if you have OCD or like things exceptionally clean do not go here

Lovely bathroom with good shower. Lots of room. Nice decor. Plenty of equipment etc.

Couldn’t get in at first. The deposit situation wasn’t explained well and not the usual procedure. However we got help easily. Rug in lounge grubby - needs cleaning or replacing.

Excellent appt and stay.

Great stay and sized appt with all the amenities you need. Really glad we managed to find this place and likely to stay again.

Appt WiFi/Internet Access not working - but not a major issue as used phone to hotspot. Front Door to the main building needs a better closing mechanism as it is noisy to close, and doesn't shut/lock properly.

Enjoyable stay in between Christmas and NY in a large apartment with convenient location

Management responded to my questions very quickly, great instructions for getting into the property, advice on where to park and it was easy to collect keys from the lockbox. The apartment was even bigger than expected (4 children were very happy) and it was very clean. The kitchen had all the facilities we needed and everything looked new. A nice touch to receive a complimentary box of mince pies and a bottle of wine upon our arrival! A nice location to walk into town (around 5-10 mins) or to the main seafront (around 20 mins) although we drove everywhere as we had terrible weather.

The futon bed in the main bedroom seemed a little precarious which is the only reason I've rated the apartment slightly down on comfort. The children seemed happy with the comfort of their beds though and there were plenty of beds to choose from if we'd decided to move. Could have done with one more bathroom for such a large property but we took turns and there was plenty of hot water so it was fine.
