It was super cosy inside. The heated floor meant it warmed up super quick, and there was lots of windows for ventilation too.
There was plenty of lights inside so you could have it as bright or as darkly lit as you liked, depending on which areas you lit up.
There was a little kettle and coffee machine, as well as a little fridge, which was perfect for us. The outside lights were really handy too as we were able to find our little hut easily on the way back from the toilet.
The showers and toilets were super clean and really warm inside. The perfect way to warm up on a chilly evening!
Easy parking next to the cabin, as well as a hard standing spot just a 30 second walk away. Lots of space inside, with some handy hooks for coats etc.
Everything was very well organised on site and they gave you a handy little map so you could find places nice and easily - we particularly liked the quaint little shop on site!
It’s a shame there was no bins in the little cabin at all. We knew we had to bring our own bedding and linen, but we didn’t realise there wouldn’t be a bin to at least pop a liner in.
It was also a little tricky with no cutlery, plates, glasses or mugs in the cabin, but we may have missed that part in the description.

Nice clean pod well equipped. We arrived late and it was made easy the late check in. The staff were nice and friendly and professionals.
It should be made clear that bedding is not provided. i was only informed of this when I was on the boat from france to the UK. They very kindly provided it for me without a charge though.

Yurt was clean and tidy and SLM was a lovely site. Even though right by play area, we weren't disturbed by them having fun
Apart from leaving doors open when out all day, there was no way of letting the heat dissipate that had built up, 35°+ most days 🤪. One fan was not enough.
Toilets always busy as being used by those at bar area, sho etc.
Showers weren't left clean by previous users which didn't take a minute with mop and bucket left right by them.
It was Bank holiday weekend and SLM was fully booked.

Breakfast we had was nice, staff friendly and helpful, good location and we loved the yut stayed in was lovely.
Sons bed was uncomfortable, so would maybe try another style tent next time, fridge was burning hot and even the portable hobs that was stored on top were burning hot! Husband had to turn it off for an hour or so and then leave the cupboard door open all evening to cool it down.

Clean and comfortable. Nice decoration. Very comfy bed. Visiting food vans, nearby lovely cafe and craft shops
Bringing own duvet and pillows etc and the distant road noise. Drinks van should be open until 9pm instead of 8pm

Beautiful and spacious glamping pod, spacious and felt luxurious! Really comfortable and clean, felt well rested - such a fun experience.
The washroom facilities did not match up to the luxury of the pods, felt more like camping than glamping.

Lovely little pod, all the little touches like the lights, the table and tv make it really homely.
Easy laid out parking and loved the shop/ cafe and food & drink vans
Need some solar lights or something outside when need to use facilities in the dark.
Kettle could do with a base so can lift it off to fill with water but only little suggestions not massive negatives

It is a beautiful site in a great location. The staff were friendly and we really appreciated the dog field.
We booked via Booking.com looking for an overnight stay. Nowhere on the booking.com written information does it say bedding isn’t provided so we were faced, late at night with a glamping tent that wasn’t ready for sleeping in.
I’m visually impaired and rely on a screen reader. My partner tells me that on one of the photos it has text on the photo (that screen reader can’t pick up) that you needs to bring bedding.
If you want a luxury camping this is a great option as you don’t need to pitch a tent, blow up a mattress and you have electricity but, having ‘glamped’ around the UK this is the first time I’ve ever experienced no bedding.
They could improve by:
1. Changing info on Booking.com to make it clear
2. Ensuring information is accessible for visually impaired people
3. Including the info about no bedding on one of the pre-checkin emails
4. Offering the option to hire bedding, a benefit of another revenue stream, and also decrease in stress for people who don’t want to travel with sheets, pillows, duvets etc.
A small point was that the description said there was a fireplace. I had assumed this meant heating. It was an electric flame, no heat.

Beautiful star gazing yurt, log burner gas fire was a nice touch. Very cosy and warm. Facilities were really good and clean. Coffee/ baked goods in the shop were amazing. Site kept 10/10
No complaints about the property, but we hired bikes one day and the condition/maintenance of them was quite poor. It’s the only negative I can think of because the site was great.

On of the best camp sites we’ve stayed on.
The Yurt itself was spotless and had everything and more from a glamping pod. The toilet and shower block was 2 minutes away and was very clean and warm. Pastries for breakfast in the cafe was a nice touch. We had pizza from a little van that pulled up and they swap the food a few times a week. The location couldn’t be better.
We didn’t sleep particularly well as it’s very close to a main road and we could hear traffic all night. We might just be light sleepers though.

Staff and ease of staying when it was such a rainy weekend. The Shepards Hut was comfortable and even had under floor heating (which I didn't think I would need, but was extremely grateful for it - as it helped dry out all my clothes!
Nothing to do with my stay - but the weather wasn't great. The fact that the toilet facilities were a bit further away than I expected, couldn't really be helped!!

We enjoyed leaving this place.
We had a horrible stay here. When I booked on the booking.com app I was careful to check the available rooms. I was a bit dubious as the rooms offered were: Family room with balcony, Family Studio, and Holiday Home. The Family room with balcony (photographs of a gypsy type caravan or a yurt) and the Family room (photographs of a Shepherd’s hut) are described as having shared bathrooms, so I was careful not to book these. The Holiday home is described as having ‘1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette’, so this sounded ideal. The photographs showed a glamping pod, and a yurt, and showed photographs of the private bathroom. So, I booked it. I was looking forward to something different and relaxing after a three-hour drive.
We arrived to find we’d been allocated a Nissen Hut. There was no bathroom, and no separate bedroom. It was basically a Hut. The kitchenette consisted of a two ring hob. No sink. Nowhere to get water. No rubbish bin. No cups. Nothing. There was a coffee machine, but no water and nothing to drink the coffee with. Perhaps you are supposed to just put your hands or mouth under the coffee machine and hope you don’t get too badly scolded? So where was the bathroom that was advertised? Well, it’s a walk across a field in the cold and pouring rain!
We also discovered that bedding is not provided. No mention of this at the time of booking. Luckily, we had a duvet and some sheets and pillows in the car. But if not, then who knows what we’d have done.
Drinking water? We never found any. There were some taps outside, but these were labelled ‘NO GREY WASTE’. No idea what that is supposed to mean. No idea if this was drinking water, or perhaps this was the advertised bathroom?
So, after a three-hour drive, we discovered that our 1 bedroomed, 1 bathroomed, 1 kitchenetted holiday home was not a holiday home at all.

Location was perfect. The park was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The washing/showers/ toilet facilities were spotless, with nice touches to include fresh flowers in there! We stayed in a Romany Caravan which was spotless on arrival and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay here and will be returning!
Nothing!

Comfy and cosy
As a hiker I took the bare minimum as I was walking for 5 days. So had to buy a mug and wine glass etc and remember all the things I needed to cook with, some of which I forgot. Would be nice to have a few bare essentials inside

Excellent clean, calm and happy. Our accommodation was beautiful, clean, warm and welcoming. I liked the fact almost the entire accommodation was made from recycled materials and furnishings made of natural products sourced relatively local. Love the fact there are chickens in a very generous coup that children and adults alike can closely view. Park was immaculate! Absolutely no rubbish anywhere, no smelly bins - just clean ones! Showers and facilities are the best I've ever seen I must say! Water was beautifully hot and plentiful. Hairdryers free to use! Family / disabled shower rooms we're of the same, warm, fresh, light, clean with plenty of hot water. Reception ws very helpful and soooo friendly! The shop was alike, even though we had a short stay we made sure we had bacon and egg baps before heading home, these we're extremely tasty!
