5 Red Sails consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, a dining space with seating for eight, and sitting area with Smart TV, plus a balcony. Travel cot, highchair, and stairgate are available. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double with TV and en-suite shower room, a second-floor twin with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double, and a ground-floor twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a communal front garden with lawn, patio and furniture and enclosed rear garden with terrace and furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome.
