We had a great stay with friends.
The beds were very comfy. The table was nicely set. The essentials left for us were a lovely touch.
The hot tub took a long time to warm up. It had just been cleaned. It needed more comfy seating for 8 people. The house could do with a spruce up.

Great spec, location and games collection for families
The most comfortable beds, mattresses and bedding I've even slept in. All the bedrooms were lovely as was the downstairs and the hot tub! It was very well equipped and the table was set ready for dinner. On arrival there were fresh flowers, milk, orange juice, butter and bread. But on the side there was a card of congratulations from the owners and cleaning team which was sooooooooo thoughtful and a wonderful touch. Great location if you enjoy good pubs, bars and restaurants and a short drive to Bournemouth and Poole town centres.
Nothing really just a few little tweaks like not being able to watch TV as we couldn't get it to work but others may see that as a positive.

Fantastic summer holiday!
It was really lovely! The hot tub was great. The beds were really comfortable. The home was so welcoming when we arrived. We were given a great selection of food bits as a welcome plus juice and milk in the fridge. The home decor was lovely and the house was in a great location.
Luckily we had really good weather but unfortunately the house got rather hot at bed time. We could have done with a fan in each bedroom. There’s no wardrobe space except for in the games room. Not a problem to us but some people would want to hang bits up. A washing line would have been handy to hang you wet stuff after the hot tub. Sadly the lounge area was slightly smaller than we had first thought, there was 8 of us and it wasn’t really big enough for us all to sit in at once, but then you’re on holiday so you’re not using it much. Nothing would stop us staying again. It was great!

Lovely house with great facilities in a good location
The house was an excellent base for our holiday. It was very clean and comfortable. A short drive took us to Poole and Bournmouth. There were 5 of us and the three bathrooms was definitely a bonus. The arrival package of essential groceries like bread and milk was a lovely touch.

Modern and comfortable cottage with everything you need, perfect for groups
EVERYTHING. Gary and Linzi went above and beyond, and then some, to make sure our friends' Christmas at their cottage was as magical as can be. They helped provide additional ingredients we weren't sure were going to be at the groceries, and even decked the cottage with Christmas decor. The kitchen was kitted with everything we needed, heat was perfect, and the beds were very comfortable. The cottage is a short walk from the train and bus stations, making it highly convenient to get to from London.
The wifi was temporarily not working for a bit, but when I messaged Gary and Linzi they said they would send someone after we left.
