Nice house, nice bedrooms.
Patio door windows very dirty. Some windows wouldn’t close. Garden on the small side. Wall in garden needs some repair.

A lovely property conveniently located for the beach, town and local amenities. Hot tub was a real bonus and the kids loved the house. Lots of space. Comfortable rooms. Didn't want for anything all weekend. Owner communicated well from booking to the end of the stay. Had a brilliant time and would recommend if visiting the Poole area.
Parking a bit tight but fine for one or two vehicles although neighbours sometimes parked across entrance to drive making things cosy when reversing in. On street parking limited if you have guests or bring more than two cars.

Was very spacious and the hot tub was amazing. Beds comfortable and loads of room for socialising. Plenty of room in the garden for the dogs.

Lovely kitchen/diner. Best feature.
Not 4 double bedrooms. Only 3 and a very hard sofa bed for one. No wardrobes. No rubbish bins. No toilet paper. No shade or parasol until our last day. No microwave. Dirty fridge. Tv didn’t work. Top shower in bath not working. Windows in front bedroom don’t fasten.
