Great position on Sandbanks. Good family time.

Location was excellent

Overall we had a good stay. We did choose this property because of the advertised hot tub. We found out after our booking that it was not going to be available. This was disappointing. The communal space does not really have enough seating for 5 adults.

Disappointing stay - OK for 2 people but not as great as the read up makes out

Property is pleasantly decorated. The lift was out of order all the time we were there - which is disappointing - especially with all the stuff you bring in and then take out. Lounge area very small and a sofa that only 2 people could fit on. Not sure how 6 people staying there would work. Roof Terrace is a nice space but permanently in shade due to the trees. Hot tub was one of those cheap inflatable ones and I assumed it was going to be a proper one - so that was a disappointment as well. Wouldn’t stay again, seems expensive for what you get.

For such a luxury apartment it was a bit lacking in crockery and glasses. We took advantage of the BBQ and great roof terrace and ate in quite a lot but there wasn’t enough bowls, plates, and glasses. Champagne flutes would be a useful addition and maybe some plastic glasses for use in the hot tub. Bed side tables would also be useful in the bedrooms.

Very enjoyable.

The apartment was very modern, clean and a great place to stay with friends. The kitchen is a great social area and we enjoyed cooking in the apartment. The bathroom and ensuite bathrooms were stunning and the beds were very comfortable. The location was fantastic for exploring Studland Bay, Poole Harbour and beyond and the apartment felt extremely secured.

With only one sofa in the living area it meant my friends and I had to sit in a row on the single sofa. An extra armchair would have made all the difference. The kitchen was a bit sparse on plates, bowls etc and could be better equipped based on the number of people (up to 6) the apartment accommodates. The only mirrors in the apartment where in the bathrooms which is not ideal when 3 girls are trying to dry their hair. The only mirror near an electrical plug was in the main bathroom with the plug located in the hallway outside requiring a bit of a stretch of the hairdryer lead.

Blinds in master bedroom were broken we let them know on the Friday but nothing was done about it as the windows are floor to ceiling this made it very bright in the mornings and no privacy at night as bedroom is overlooked
