Great apartment, but came up short on equipment.

Great location and views. Clean

Lacked in terms of furnishings and kitchen equipment…..No outside table / chairs for 6 to eat; only one bedside had a bedside table; no serving dishes in kitchen; needs more matching glasses / mugs. The main TV sofas are a real squeeze for 6 adults

A perfect stay in a luxury apartment, located in one of the most beautiful beach locations - we couldn’t have wished for

An amazing property within a 5 minute walk of the restaurants & beach - such a great location. The facilities & decor is all to a very high quality with everything that you need to have a home from home stay. There is a wonderful roof terrace with amazing views of the harbour which gets sun for most of the day…it has a great set up with sofas, BBQ and hot tub. All in all, it’s a luxury! The owners were also very helpful and on the end of the phone if we needed anything or had questions.

A perfect property and perfect holiday…there was nothing that we didn’t like. A little pricey but that’s all of Sandbanks for you!

Fab location and great facilities with lots of social space. The air con was a very welcome touch.

It just lacked the finishing touches to make our stay extra special - there were no bedside tables, so we worried about spilling drinks, there were no champagne flutes for our celebrations and the gas fire pit didn’t work when we wanted to stay out and make the most of the decking area.

Amazing House but let down by customer service

we loved views, roof top terrace, kitchen bar and jacuzzi.

Luck of customer service from the owner and the fact that on booking.com it said that dogs are allowed with small charge but after booking the owner requested from us £1,000 damage deposit! We organised dogs care and weren't coming with the dog anymore however the damage deposit was still demanded from us. Eventually we were just about to cancel the booking however the owner changed his mind and deposit was not required anymore. We went ahead with our booking. The stay was amazing until just before check out when we requested late check out and had no answer. P. S. Noone of the radiators were working in bathrooms

Very bad experience and very disappointed with the host. Not bothered to do anything to satisfy our

Flat was new. But very dirty and not clean anywhere. We had to clean the bed sheets as they where very dirty and not changed form the previous holiday makers.

Wasn't clean bed sheets where unchanged from the previous people stayed there before we arrived.
