The Living Space
Step into a bright entrance hall leading to generous, flowing living areas. The kitchen/breakfast room is sleek and fully equipped, ideal for long brunches, relaxed suppers and easy entertaining. A dining table and informal bar seating create flexible spaces for gathering.
The lounge is spacious yet inviting, with patio doors opening directly onto the garden for seamless indoor–outdoor living. After a day on the beach, return for al fresco dining in the private landscaped garden or unwind with a glass of something chilled as the evening settles in.
A stylish shower room and separate utility room complete the ground floor.
Upstairs
The principal bedroom features fitted wardrobes and a contemporary en-suite. Two further double bedrooms, plus a versatile study with a double sofa bed, allow the house to comfortably sleep up to eight guests.
