Enjoy a private cinema room, outdoor kitchen with Gozney pizza oven and gas BBQ, a sunken fire pit, children`s play area and beautifully landscaped gardens - all just minutes from Bournemouth`s award-winning beaches.
Set behind private electric gates, this beautifully designed home offers the perfect blend of comfort, space and luxury for guests of all ages. A ground-floor king bedroom with en-suite makes it ideal for grandparents or anyone wishing to avoid stairs!
Upstairs, the impressive principal suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a walk in wardrobe/ dressing room, en-suite shower room with double sink, cosy seating area and door opening onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. There`s also a second spacious king bedroom with its own sofa and TV, a fun family bedroom with a double bed, single day bed and ball pit that`s sure to delight younger guests, plus a bunk room with a double bed below and single bunk above – perfect for siblings or children sharing.

During your stay, Willow View is exclusively yours to enjoy. Guests have private access to the house, gardens and driveway.
The garage and designated locked storage areas are not accessible to guests. The private driveway comfortably accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional unrestricted on-street parking available if required. An EV charger is also available for guest use.

Willow View comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and is ideally suited to a maximum of 6 adults, with the remaining guests being children or teenagers.
The property welcomes well-behaved dogs, so your four-legged family members are welcome to join your holiday. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog.

You`ll also find a range of thoughtful touches designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including a dedicated utility room, dog wash station, Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser, KitchenAid mixer, wine fridges, underfloor heating and EV charging.
The property is accessed via private electric gates and offers driveway parking for up to four vehicles, with additional unrestricted on-street parking available nearby.
For your safety and security, external CCTV monitors the entrance and perimeter of the property. Any internal cameras are covered and inactive throughout guest stays.
Please note that an exciting new indoor swimming pool is currently under construction and is anticipated to be completed in Winter 2026. Whilst we are hopeful this will be ready as planned, completion cannot be guaranteed and remains outside of our control. We therefore kindly ask that you book based on the property`s current amenities, rather than the future facilities.
The construction area will be completely inaccessible during your stay and will not impact your holiday or your enjoyment of the property in any way. Current pricing reflects the property`s existing facilities and has not been adjusted to include the forthcoming swimming pool.
As Willow View is located within a peaceful residential neighbourhood, we kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening, and by adhering to our no-party policy.
The lead guest must be at least 30 years old.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay at the property.
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Please be considerate of our neighbours at all times.
Well-behaved dogs are permitted on request. Charges apply. Dogs must be kept off the furniture and must not be left unattended in the property.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Guests must not enter the indoor pool and spa area, which is currently closed and inaccessible.
