Great location with the 18 bus stop right outside. Two stops from Point Chevalier for food shopping, bars and restaurants, hairdresser and nail bar. The 18 bus goes right into the city by the waterfront, passing the zoo and Motat on the way. You need a Hop card or contactless for the bus.I
Maybe the teabags could have been sorted into type. There was no way to identify any of them in the pot.

Amabilité de notre hôtesse, propreté de l'établissement, décoration "Hello Kitty" très personnalisée en accord avec la personnalité de la propriétaire. Convient bien à des étudiants ou des travailleurs intermittents pour des passages de courte durée.
Le logement devait initialement être partagé entre 4 chambres, chacune hébergeant 2 personnes (voire 3 parfois). Cependant, il semblerait que ce logement soit aussi partagé avec d'autres locataires résidant dans 3 caravanes situées à proximité. Ceci a nécessairement engendré des difficultés pour l'accès à l'unique salle d'eau dans laquelle se trouve également les toilettes. Embouteillages le matin pour les départs précipités de ceux qui étudient ou ceux qui travaillent. De surcroît surenchère pour l'accès internet partagé auprès de tout le monde.
A noter : durée de la douche limité à 5 mn (et non 10 mn comme annoncé et le compteur tourne, que vous vous douchiez ou pas). Après ce laps de temps, plus d'eau chaude ... Dernier point, l'installation électrique ne semble pas tout à fait réglementaire.
