Location was great. 20 minute walk to the sea front. Bus stop right outside the site. There was a little stream through the site and saw the ducks. And a deer went the caravan as well. Caravan was very clean and everything you needed. Very roomy inside. Biggest caravan we have ever stayed in.
The fact you had to pay astronomical prices to be able to go swimming or use the onsite restaurant.
This was down to the site owners. As we were only there for three days we didn't pay. But worth it if you are staying longer.

Bed was good and kitchen was well organised
Sofa was very old and did not feel clean with young kids , the property was very far from main entrance and there is no sign on side to understand the exact location
