Disappointing

Not much

It was dated and not very clean. Decking was unsafe and moved. The floor in the bathroom felt like it had a hole in it but we didn’t like to touch the mat around the toilet to check

Well located caravan for a Clacton holiday

Well equipped. Nice caravan for a family holiday. Suited our needs for our stay. Great beach only 10 minutes walk.

Hot water was a bit temperamental, but once you got used to how to set the boiler and hot flow and blend in the cold in the shower it was fine. 2nd bedroom mattress should be replaced. TV connection kept dropping out.

Brilliant place to stay and visit

The accommodation was very comfortable and homely, especially the sofas and beds, they were of a much higher spec than we are used to when staying in a caravan. It was like home from home. Our host was very helpful and accommodating when ever we needed to make contact with him. Defiantly would recommend this and will use this again.

The Accommodation is really nice and easy to find, good location for visiting Clacton and on site amenities are a bonus. I would definitely recommend to others, it's a winner!

Not worth the high price paid

Location was good

The van was very dated and smelt musty. It was clean but didn't smell so good. As for the extortionate price it was definitely not value for the money we paid For £133 for 1 night I was expecting a higher standard of accommodation

Nice little sanctuary for a relaxing break. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely caravan located in a quiet area with everything you could need supplied and shops close by. Less than 10 min walk to the beach and within walking distance of Clacton Pier.

Schlüsselübergabe kontaktlos, Adrien hat sich immer sofort gemeldet auf unsere Fragen. Toller TV! Küche mit grossem Herd und allen Geräten, die man braucht.

in der Nacht war es in der Unterkunft zu dieser Jahreszeit (Ostern) wirklich kalt (aber es hat überall Heizungen!), die Betten sind wirklich schmal (logisch bei einer solchen Unterkunft).
