About this apartment rental

This 2 bedroom first floor apartment is ideally situated whether you are visiting the area for business or leisure. It is 5 minutes walk from the station, the seafront and the town centre and comes with off road parking.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bath.

Full central heating, WiFi and a smart TV are all included.

There is a balcony as well as a small courtyard garden with table chairs and a BBQ for warmer evenings.

The master bedroom contains a king sized bed which can be split into twin beds if you prefer.

The second bedroom contains bunkbeds and there is also a sofa bed in the lounge.

Please note that we are only able to host a maximum of 4 adults at a time. We can accept parties of 5 if they include children.

A travel cot is available for infants.

It was so easy and hassle free, communicating with Bryony. The apartment was perfectly located for our stay. Central and a short walk to the beach, shopping and all the leisure facilities around. Lovely touch with supplying the milk, tea, sugar and coffee for our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. We love the fact that Bryony is eco-conscious, and asked us to recycle as much of our kitchen waste as possible. The apartment is on a main road, so do expect to hear traffic if you have the windows open at night when you are trying to sleep. We would definitely stay here again (if Bryony will have us). The only downside was the weather, but that did not spoil our stay. All in all, we would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

A met a friend here to get away from the city. The main bedroom wad well sized. The sea and town centre are very close. The place is on a main road so you will hear road traffic at busy times. Hosts were communicative!

Highly recommended. We were met on arrival and showed around the flat. It was lovely and clean. There was tea coffee and even a packet of biscuits. It was perfect for our 2 night stay in clacton. The only negative would be the sofa isnt the best its not very comfortable but it wouldn't stop me booking again.

Property was more than adequate for our short stay in Clacton. Didn’t have any issues and it was good to have our own space rather than using a Travelodge or Premier Inn.

Lovely flat, super clean and spacious and only 10 minute walk to the pier. Could do with another chair in the front room as sofa was a bit small for the 3 of us to get cosy after a long day out and about. Unfortunately had to leave a day early but would definitely stay again if visiting Clacton.

Apartment was really nice, in such a clean condition. Only a 5 minute walk to the sea front. Bryony met us on arrival. Showed us around. She thought of everything! There was tea, milk, toilet supplies, travel cot for our baby and even some biscuits! There was a parking space for us on site which was so helpful with kids. Really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book this apartment again. Thanks Bryony

Great location, overall good/average stay

Overall, we had a good stay at the apartment. Check in wasn't super smooth. Clean and tidy place but is on a main road and at night is too noisy to open the windows so gets very stuffy. We enjoyed being located a short walk from the town, sea front and attractions - only a short walk for little legs. Unfortunately the local Sainsburys has now shut down so you need to go further afield for supplies. The kids loved the bunk beds and the owners kindly child-proofed the apartment before we arrived. I would not recommend the lounge sofa bed though - it was ridiculously uncomfortable! The furniture is a bit cheap and cheerful but covered our needs. The neighbours were very quiet and respectful. All in all, a mixed bag for our long weekend but we did enjoy our stay overall.

Great location. Only 5 minute walk to the beach and to the high street and a 5 minute drive to the supermarket. Kids loved sleeping in the comfy bunk bed. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were there for us on arrival much to the kids delight. Bryony was accommodating and helpful

The apartment is really nice, brilliant location just a short walk from the beach & pier. The host thought of everything, there was everything we needed already in the apartment, cleaning supplies, toilet rolls etc & even an umbrella & spare shopping bags! My daughter loved it so much she cried when we left.

Was a lovely clean flat with good facilities (iron, ironing board, wifi, fans). Would 100% book to stay there again. Great location close to the town and beach. If you drive you have access to Colchester also.

Due to restrictions we were limited to travel and places to stay. We were met that night quite late by Bryon who showed us around, very nice of her to leave a wedding card and a bottle of wine for us. Very clean and well looked after, very spacious. would recomend it. close to all facilities

The apartment was fab, very clean, spacious and just what we were hoping for. Check it was so easy and well communicated, we let them know that we were arriving in the morning so managed to let us in once the cleaning had been done just after lunch Lovely kitchen with tea / coffee some milk and a packet of biscuits which was a lovely touch. my only little niggle was that there was only 1 tiny old looking tray for the oven so we opted out of using the oven. The view isn’t amazing as looks out onto a main road and car park which was a bit noisy, however the location is excellent, come out turn left and you are at the seafront within 5 mins Overall an excellent stay and I highly recommend

More than spacious enough for our family of 5 (kids are 9,7,4). Easy access to town centre and beaches. Loads of play areas for children. Great to explore the area ahead of a pending move from Sussex.

Have stayed at the property before and as before was an excellent stay. Property is in a great location and has everything you can want, it’s clean, very well presented and spacious. Sent a message to the property owner before booking due to current restrictions and received a message back very quickly and the property owner went above and beyond to make the stay possible and stress free. The apartment was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the beach was only five minutes, as were shops and restaurants. Overall we really enjoyed staying there. The only problems was that the road is very busy with a lot of traffic which was very loud and the delivery lorries going into Sainsburys were noisy very early in the morning.

This is a lovely home from home apartment with no detail missing. I enjoyed a very comfortable three day stay. I particularly loved the curtains as they were black-out so I got a really good nights sleep as I don’t like light getting through at night! The bed was roomy and very comfy. It was spotlessly clean. Great communication from owner. Although on a main road the traffic did not disturb me. A very quiet flat not a peep from any of the other neighbours which can make you feel a little conscious of making any noise :) I would definitely recommend this property and will be back again! Thank you.

My partner and I decided to get away from London for a bit of seaside fresh air over New Year and all I can say is what a gem of a property we found. Bryony and her husband Aaron were excellent hosts and went above and beyond when we needed them. A big thanks to Aaron for his tip on booking seats for the cinema (coming from London we couldn't believe how cheap the seats were and how nice the cinema was). The apartment is literally less than a 10 minute walk to the sea front and 5 minutes to the shops with countless bars and restaurants near enough to walk to, but far away enough that you won't be disturbed by any noise! It really is a home away from home, beautifully decorated and lovely and cozy. We will definitely be returning in the summer for a nice long weekend away. Thanks again Bryony and Aaron! xx

Longleat Apartment was a pleasure to holiday in. It was very well prepared, being very clean and appearing to be recently decorated. The parking provided was adequate and easy to access. All the day to day necessities, such as toilet roll, cleaning materials and tea bags and milk etc were supplied in plentiful amounts. It was in an ideal position for access to the beach and shops. We were met by Bryony, who was very helpful and showed us round and made us welcome. One comment i would make is that although the apartment, as a whole, is warm and welcoming the lounge /dining room remained cold. A larger radiator is really required for winter occupation.
