After the huge shock of arrival and confusion, it was fine in the end. I would suggest you inform

There was no breakfast to like ... When we finally got settled after a couple of hours, we liked the view and a refreshing walk for dinner. The second day we used the pool in the evening. Ultimately, we came to apreciate the space but not the lack of privacy between sleeping and living areas.

The check-in experience was frustrating, as directions were unclear, the keys were hard to find and NOONE was available to help. The telephone contact number did not work properly, and nobody in the building seemed to know anything. The flat was very hot and stuffy when we finally got there, and ventilation was diffficult. Hence, sleeping was a challenge. The bedding had been well-hidden in cupboards ... lol. It would help if the kitchen had a bottle opener and a corkscrew, as well as more silverware. Finally, parking was difficult, and the automatic gate scratched my van when it started closing as I was exiting the property.

La Lavastoviglie non puliva bene i piatti, al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessun tipo di posata per mangiare/cucinare, coperte insufficienti Riscaldamento funzionante solo in bagno durante la notte, nelle camere faceva più freddo, puzza di fumo fortissima nel corridoio prima di entrare nella casa

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am See

Die Unterkunft ist toll bei schönem Wetter, da man direkten Seezugang hat und einen grosszügigen Pool. Das Zimmer ist in einer ehemaligen Hotelanlage, wo die Zimmer nun privatvermietet werden. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Leider ist die Ausstattung in der Küche nicht so ergiebig (keine scharfen Schnittmesser, Schneidbretter, nur wenige Bratpfannen). Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn von nebenan und im oberen Stock sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist komplett offen (Studio), so dass alle Personen in einem Raum mit Sichtschutz zueinander schlafen.

Kaffeemaschine aber keinen Stecker dazu, somit kein Kaffee am Morgen 😕 die Handtuch Heizung im Bad dasselbe, keinen Stecker dazu... somit feuchte Badetücher... Die Wände mit den Türen wurden leider von den Schlafzimmern entfernt, die Spuren sind noch deutlich zu sehen am Boden...keine Privatsphäre möglich....

Appartamento nuovo pulito cmq abbastanza grande posizione comoda Lo stabile forse d’estate si rallegra ed è diverso Si affaccia Comunque direttamente sul lago una bella esperienza da quel punto di vista È a 10 metri dall entrata campione d’italia che è carina ribadisco a mio avviso d’estate ha un ottimo potenziale ci tengo a precisare che il rapporto con il prezzo mi sembrava effettivamente troppo basso e quello merita!

Purtroppo era freddo C erano i lavori all entrata con transenne e avendo una macchina grande non riuscivo a fare manovra per entrare un dramma Condizionatore non funzionate Buchi ovunque anche sulle finestre dove entrava troppo freddo termosifoni bassissimi quasi spenti No balcone ma una grata pericolosissima No posate Tende che non coprono la luce del mattino ma appartamento buio non ci batte minimamente il sole I mq descritti a mio avviso sono la metà
