Place was not like the pictures. Poor staff and communication

Awful stuff and communication. We booked the place with balcony, but when we got there, there wasn’t one. There was only one set of keys and you have to lock from both sides. Very inconvenient. We also had to buy our own toilet paper because they did not provide enough. The floor was very dirty and we found bugs on the bed multiple times. They responded to us with attitudes when we tried to contact them for help.

- Easy check in with code - Apartment was clean and there is a nice view to the lake - Overall a good deal given the lower than avg price

- Internet works but sometimes slow and unstable. Fine for most people but if you do remote work it can be annoying. - We stayed 8 days but they only gave us 1 garbage bag, 2 dishwasher capsules, 4 coffee capsules, etc - Mattress and small couch were not very comfortable, not great if you have back issues

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet. Der Blick ist fantastisch. Der Bus Nr. 12 hält in unmittelbarer Nähe und somit ist die Wohnung gut erreichbar, wenn man (wie wir) mit dem Zug anreist.

Das Sofa könnte bequemer sein und das Bett war für unseren Geschmack zu weich.

Pokol a szállás! Tönkre tett nyaralás!

A NEM működő légkondicionáló pokollá tette az ottani tartózkodásunkat. 31 fok volt a szálláson. 3 órán keresztül próbálkozunk különböző eszközökkel valahogy elviselhetővé tenni az apartmant hőmérsékletét. Nem sikerült. Inkább szállodába költöztünk. El kellett költöznünk, az érkezést követő 180. percben a kifizetett szállásról Soha többet velük! majdnem tönkre tették a nyaralásunkat.

Wir mussten leider aufgrund eines familiären Notfalls nach einer Nacht zurückfahren. Gastgeber kamen uns aber entgegen. Sehr kulant.

Саме житло не погане, але дуже погана комунікація.

Чистота, розподіл на кімнати, окремо кухня, спальня, ванна кімната. Гарний вигляд з вікна.

Несправна праска ( на жаль, спалили одяг). Адміністратор помешкання так і не пояснив, де можна припаркувати авто після того як я його попросив про це декілька разів, а просто пересилав повідомлення, що парковка не входить в ціну помешкання ( мене дуже засмутило, що адміністратору було настільки важко дати просту пораду).
