Mi è piaciuta la disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario, molto disposto a venirti incontro alle tue necessità. L’appartamento è molto bello e nuovo, c’è tutto l’occorrente e abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo un pensiero di benvenuto con bibite fresche e dolci che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Lo consiglio come punto di partenza per esplorare valencia, tutto a portata di mano con l’autobus che ti porta fino al mare a 5 minuti a piedi.

I did not like the surprise that there was no elevator it was on a third floor and the stairs were very small. I had a lot of problems bringing my luggege into the room. Same problem going down. Also there was no cleaning from the owners during my stay.

Wystrój, wyposażenie, napoje i przekąski na powitanie oraz położenie obiektu, idealna odległość od centrum i świetna dostępność komunikacji do przejazdu nad morze lub do miasteczka sztuki i nauki. Super, że była możliwość wcześniejszego zamieszkania.

Nic. Jednej nocy spośród 4 spędzonych noclegów, dochodziły odgłosy z ulicznej restauracji, ale nie jest to wina niedogodności apartamentu tylko braku kultury ludzi którzy w nocy po 23.00 zachowują się głośno.

The location is very good. we loved the ambient noise from the restaurant below and the sounds of the square and the close proximity to everything in the old town. The property is kept clean and bathroom has extra things like shower gel and hand wash.

The mattress was so bad, we didn't sleep well at all and we feel this is a major part of a restful week away from work. The other reviews clearly state that the bed is sunken. The property owner was very responsive and got a mattress from another room, however it was the same quality and sadly didn't change our experience. We took all the cushions and extra pillow and placed them under the mattress which helped a bit. We were given one pillow each, so we requested an extra pillow and we felt that pillow protectors should be standard, so asked for these as well. The metal stairs mean that you can hear when anyone else is coming or going in the apartment block. The 'Loft' name of property led me to believe we would be at the top and not have to experience the sound of people walking about, but we could hear a lot of things from the room above including when they went to the toilet. It's not a major aspect but we had no idea how to enter the property, all we needed was an email/text to explain that they send you a code just before the entry time.
