Bliskość do centrum. To że mieszkanie było w starej zabudowie centrum. Naczynia i mozliwosc gotowania

Czystość pozostawia wiele do ryczenia byla na poziomie 3+ Brak herbaty czy kawy był minusem. Drzwi do łazienki były uszkodzone. Raz woda byla zimna raz ok, a raz bardzo chłodna co nie dawało komfortu kapieli. Kosmetyki do kąpieli słabej jakości Cena nie adekwatna do jakości

Localisation proche centre

Le logement était SALE et il y avait des CAFARDS 🤢🤢 et de très mauvaises odeurs ! Ça sentait les ÉGOUTS Un matin en nous réveillant, un cafard est monté sur le lit. Nous avons voulu de suite quitter les lieux et être remboursés des nuits que nous n’avons pas utilisés (4 nuits). La propriétaire a d’abord proposé 50 % sur les 4 nuits, ensuite nous recevons un mail de booking nous indiquant une proposition de 40 % ( 10% de moins). Ensuite, elle nous renvoie un message pour nous dire qu’elle a recompté les nuits et qu’elle nous doit que 40% sur 3 nuits. Au final, nous avons dû payé un hôtel à la dernière minute. Nous avons perdu 120 euros et une journée entière de nos vacances à cause des négociations. Un CONSEIL si vous ne voulez pas dormir avec les cafards, fuyez, ne réservez pas cet appartement. C’est honteux de rembourser 40 % sur 4 nuits non utilisées alors que l’appartement est INSALUBRE ( cafards + très sale + humide + odeurs fortes). Photos à l’appuie !

Ik ga er niet meer heen en zou het ook niet aanraden. Voor 100 euro per nacht krijg je vaak wat beters.

Locatie was dicht bij het oude centrum.

Het stonk naar riool. We kwamen aan en er lag een dode kakkerlak en veel dode muggen. Ze hebben wel meteen gepoetst maar de stank bleef. Beddengoed en handdoeken waren wel fris.

Studio qui mérite d’être rénové 😉

L’appartement est bien situé mais malheureusement beaucoup d’odeurs d’égout et de moisissures qui sont inconfortables. La machine à laver était cassée, ce qui nous a beaucoup ennuyé. Le grille Pain et la bouilloire ne fonctionnaient pas non plus. Les serviettes de douches ne sentaient pas très bons. Heureusement que nous n’étions là que pour dormir! Cependant la propriétaire était très gentille et nous a remboursé les frais des lavage.

Lokacija stanovanja je bila odlična, a stanovanje ni primerno za bivanje. Zelo je vlažno, smrdi po kanalizaciji. Poleg tega smo v stanovanju našli ščurke.

Odstraniti je treba smrad, stanovanje prenoviti in poskrbeti, da ne bo golazni.
