Apartamento Torres Serranos

I had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't be happier with my experience. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. The location is excellent: all essential shops and services are nearby, and most of Valencia's main tourist attractions can be reached on foot. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, yet the apartment remains quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night's sleep. A special thank you to Tamara, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and always available whenever needed. Her kindness and professionalism made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Valencia and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions like the Cathedral and Torres de Serranos. The Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had all the basic amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was perfect and the Wifi was very reliable. The bedrooms were a perfect size and the bathroom did its job. There was barely any noise except on the odd nights. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Valencia.

The only downside was the lack of air-conditioning which was made up by having multiple fans.

The apartment’s location is truly excellent. Many historical landmarks, museums, and cathedrals are nearby. The main park is only a few minutes’ walk away, and there are small shops and plenty of great restaurants in the area.

Not recommended. Beds and pillows are so uncomfortable that we woke up with back pain every single day. There is no air conditioning and the weak fans are useless in the summer heat. Bedding is cheap synthetic, towels were dirty, the shower is tiny and in terrible condition, and there is no kettle. Worst of all, the host replies only every 3–4 days, so if you have an question, expect no help. The apartment is much smaller than advertised (living space is around 40 m², not 69 m²). We left very disappointed and would not recommend staying here — especially not with a child.
