Nice spacious apartment that faced the quieter tear of the building overlooking a garden. The kitchen was great to have. Location in Carmen was perfect. The owner/manager was very kind and attentive, even quickly replacing the older bed when we reported it was no longer comfortable.
There was some construction in the building adjacent to the apartment building that was very loud during the day. It was difficult to nap, but none of that was a deal breaker for us. This was a great find!

The location was great, close to the city center. Apartment is clean and the host is nice.
Self check-in it was very good as well, giving you the option to come anytime.
There is no parking close by if you come by car.
The apartment is not very well insulated and you can hear a lot of noise from the neighbors.
The pillows were not very comfortable, would need a change.

Apt itself - good amount of space, all whats needed for a short stay, nice view
Location - not in the very crowded center, more quiet, but only short walks to all important touristic places in old town. And Supermarkt, Café Restaurant, Bike Rental, bus station just "around the corner"
Caring Owner - good contact upfront (access info/needs), easy to reach
As often depends on actual neighbours and night time:
Old house with steel stairs, so you might hear people on the stairs or moving around in the room above
