Convenient location on edge of city centre.

Host sent a link to a video that made it impossible not to mess up entering the property. Nice neighborhood. Short walk to the Navigli to catch tram into city every day. Four apartments off a common kitchen, but never heard other guests. Modern facilities. Small but perfect for one person.

All those multiple locks and keys frustrate me, but I managed to get in. The security for room and building was good.

Not worth the money

The host sent a video prior to arrival with very clear instructions about key collection. He was polite and friendly over Whatsapp.

- Black mold on the window frame in the bathroom. Clearly it hasn't been cleaned in a while. - Poor noise insulation. I slept with ear plugs and I could hear noise from both the street (my room had windows on the main road) and the other rooms in the apartment. Other guests were not being particularly noisy, they were simply talking with each other. - No in-person contact whatsoever. This is problematic because it goes against Italy's anti-terrorism laws which make obligatory for hosts to check the identity of their guests upon arrival. I expected someone to show up at some point to verify my documents in person and this has not happened. Moreover, it is mandatory for hosts since last year to make short-stay rental places clearly identifiable as such (by exposing the so-called CIN code). There was no sign that identified the accommodation outside the gate and not even on the door or wall outside the entrance of the apartment. I wonder why is this. Overall, even excluding the last point, I don't think the place is worth the money.

Era bonito, limpio y es un detalle que den zapatillas de estar por casa. La presentación de la habitación es impecable. Está bien conectado por transporte público

El agua caliente se gasta rápido y con el frío de Milan, sufres. Es caro para lo que ofrece.

Przyjemne ale głośne mieszkanie

Wygodne łóżko, zostały zapewnione ręczniki oraz klapki i mydełka. Obiekt znajduje się niedaleko navigli ( około 20 min pieszo spacerkiem)

W pokoju bardzo słychać wszystko co się dzieje na zewnątrz oraz w innych częściach mieszkania/ budynku. Metro w odległości 18 min pieszo od mieszkania

Weekend a Milano

La posizione dell' appartamento è ottima, molto vicina ai navigli e alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici. Lo staff super disponibile. la stanza carina e accogliente.

La nostra stanza dava sulla strada pertanto si sentivano un po' i rumori esterni.

Комната расположена на 1 этаже со стороны дороги, достаточно шумно ночью , не подойдет тем кто любит тишину. Окно плотно не закрывается. Начал появляться грибок под окном. Комната не была готова к приезду , было очень холодно. Получилось включить регулятор на батареи. Владелец переодически скидывал сообщения чтобы мусор оставить сепарированым , но было только одно маленькое ведро для всего. Проверяйте что бронируете , так как доступны разные комнаты и не было сюрпризов с размером кровати Не уверен что буду еще снимать этот объект

Milan grande y hermoso.

Habitación muy cómoda y limpia, la atención del Anfitrion,siempre atento a nuestras necesidades , nos dejó guardar equipaje antes del cheking, transporte al centro de Milan al frente. La coordinación para ingresar perfecta.

Había estufa pero no platos ni utensilios de cocina, por lo demás todo bien

Boa opção com bom custo benefício

Apartamento novo, todo reformado. Facilidade de falar com o anfitrião e toda a logística com as chaves. Conseguimos entrar antes do horário o que foi ótimo depois de uma viagem de mais de 12 horas.

Cama de solteiro muito pequena (meus pés ficavam pra fora da cama e tenho 1,72m), o apartamento é no térreo com a janela para a rua - barulho durante à noite pode incomodar, a localização não é no centro turístico e precisa pegar ônibus e/ou metrô para chegar nas atrações (pode ser inconveniente para algumas pessoas). Como sugestão de melhoria: poderia ter um espelho de corpo inteiro, o secador de cabelos poderia ser quente (só tinha opção de morno).

Perfecta

Muy lindo, muy limpio, el proceso de check in e ingreso muy facil. Queda un poco lejos del centro, pero hay paradas de bus en los alrededores. Me encanto, volveria a hospedarme. La ventana da a la calle y hay un poco de ruido pero nada que unos tapones de oido no solucionaran 🫰🏻

Szép, tiszta, kissé zajos szállás, nagyon jó közlekedéssel.

A szállásadó nagyon készségesen, azonnal hozott füldugót, hogy komfortosabban tudjunk pihenni, amikor jeleztük a zajt. Minden kérdésünkre azonnal reagált es segített a helyi dolgokban. Köszönet érte.

A szoba és a fürdőszoba nagyon szép volt, azonban ott derült ki, hogy ez egy földszinti lakás része, mellette pedig valamilyen nagyon hangos gép (először azt hittük, a lift) rendszeresen kapcsolt ki és be, ami kellemetlen volt.
