I would expect kettle for making tea The staff are rude, they didn’t even bother to say sorry when they repeatedly booked the wrong taxis! There should be a taxi card and a tube map etc...given to clients etc... I was repeatedly late for my work because of this The hotel is far from the Center And staff are unhelpful so is the manager to whine I raised my complaint

I had one of the cheap rooms. The place is safe and clean, but there are a lot of little impractical elements. You need to use three different keys, there is no lighting out table near your bed, kitchen is very minimal (ex no bread knife, no scissors), bed is a sleeping sofa, where your pillows will fall of the edges(forget sitting and reading in bed). Your can hear what is going on in the neighbor rooms. and you live below ground level where people walking outside can take a peek down on your bed through semi transparent curtains cracks at night. Wifi quality not optimal (slightly worse than average hotel wifi).

Everything was fine but if you have a sofa-bed your comfort is limited. I would suggest to add a layer of memory foam on the mattress of sofa bed.

Four of us travelled to Milan for a trade show. Stayed 3 nights.The apartments are reasonably close to the Metro 1 line, which will take you to Rho, or to the city centre.The apartments are similar in standard to a 4* hotel, without the benefits of breakfast or bar.Nearest bars and restaurants are a pleasant 10 minute walk away. Best local bar - Akkademia at Wagner.The price was about half that of an equivalent hotel.Nice place. No complaints. Recommended.

The residence was in very good spot of the city. Close to a metro station one could go in the city centre, but also walking was pleasant in the area toward the centre. I choose this accommodation because it fit my life style: a self-catering residence with a 4 star hotel standard. I enjoyed very much the Espresso coffee machine, even if I did not use, the fact that there was a safe for your belonging was a good service.

Nice and helpful staff mostly if you do not speak much italian. Kitchenette very practical when you have enough of pasta and pizza. Room was clean. Hotel close to amenities such as bank, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.

The room was excellent size and the service we received was brilliant. they even did the washing up for us! The hotel is in a brilliant location near to both the metro and bus/tram stops which offer direct lines into central Milan. we would definitely be staying there again.

The studio was very clean and modern. The AC worked extremely well and the water in the shower was hot. The wifi access codes had to be reentered everytime before use. I suggest getting multiple if you have more than one device.

I was late arriving ,5.30 PM, after I got unpacked I realised that the receptionist had not given me the log in details for the free wifi.By that time the the receptionist had gone ,as it isn't a large hotel with 24 hr reception facilities.When I obtained the wifi pass code the following day the system worked well . There is a TV in the room but no English channels, so the wifi is useful for news and entertainment.The apartments are on two floors , mine was on the lower level , my window looked on to a central courtyard .There wasn't a great deal of natural light getting in to the room , so I had to have some of the lights switched on when in the apartment.The top floor might be a better choice ,if available. There was a free digital safe provided.Two minutes walk from the apartment there is a Lidl supermarket which is open until 9.30 PM .The apartment was modern ,well fitted out and cleaned every day.

Great value. Wonderful room. Helpful staff. Very clean. Close to Metro (de Angeli) and reasonable walk to MiCo. Easy to get to Duomo on the metro. Would absolutely stay here again. Only difficulty I had was with finding it. The only sign visible from the street is about half the size of a business card on a lockbox. Look for the address number "30" very close to the corner of Bezzi and Gracchi.

Parking is conveniently located, but a long walk to a pay meter (3+ blocks). Roadside rooms are very noisy in the morning. Make sure your taxis meter is at zero when you get in, ours showed up with 10,10 euro already on the meter. Otherwise fantastic value for your money.
