    Good hotel, nearby metro and clean I I like the place but no lift and no water cups glass was provided and they can offer with few basic things atleast. But overall nice I stayed for only one night thanks

    This was a very basic room in Milan. great value for money very close to the underground station which meant getting around was so easy . Great restaurants in the area. The rooms were excellent and exceptionally clean. Some facilities to make tea or coffee in the room would be a huge benefit. The staff were so welcoming, helpful and polite.

    The room was good and was in a good location too with parking in front. However the room did lack some stuff like fridge or kettle. The rooms and toilet were clean and the staff too were helpful and kind. Would recommend. Location was nice and next to metro too.

    Staff were friendly but you can hear noises of other customers in the hotel. Also the location isn’t great if you’re visiting central Milan it’s quite far from the cathedral. Also I will never be booking with Agoda again as upon arrival we were made to pay additional *** for admin costs despite not being informed of this previously. After spending an hour on the phone to Agoda during my holiday time did they agree to refund me which was refunded days later not immediately I will NEVER book with Agoda again
